thanks 5 watchin!1! This was a project done entirely on my own. Editing, research, cutting out stupid pictures for a whiteboard - all your boy. So I totally expect that I overlooked characters here. I mostly tried to order things but within sub tiers I think there's a lot of debate. If you see any contradictions, tell me! I put on a character in the video but I genuinely have no horse in this race and was trying my best here. I will do a followup stream going over comments and my errors in January reading comments and arguing my points.
As someone in deep in the Vs community, you certainly did a good job making points with a lot of the characters, especially given it's not a hobby you actively do or keep up with. It was indeed a point to be made that, for example, Mario can be placed around Bowser surviving Supernovas, or scaling to him taking the power of the Dream Stone that maintains the Dream Depot, where every dream that's ever been dreamt is it's own universe. There's a lot of interpretation to these things at the end of the day, and really the limit is going to be at which point you decide it's gotten out of hand, to an extent. A good way to see the Power Scaling community is as more of a research experiment, than an accurate reflection of the characters. Yes, Mario survived something like a Universe being deleted with him inside it in Super Paper Mario, but that level of power is never going to actually be relevant to the narrative of the story. We acknowledge that, and it's mostly just a fun thought experiment of if a character was at every maximum they've shown, with all the abilities, tools, and powers they've shown. They're essentially treated as an idealized version of the character that ignores nothing. If a Mario like this existed in the actual games, it'd be absolutely uncomfortable to watch, but for the purposes of the thought experiment, it's fun. Like how if the writers of the Flash Comics actually had him remember all his powers, nothing would ever be a threat ever again. It's in a vein like that. That is to say, I feel like the Vs community gets a bad rep, largely insofar as a lot of it's own doing, and how the most vocal communities are often the worst representations of it. I audibly groaned when you brought up Vs Battle Wiki as they're very poorly regarded in a lot of the Power Scaling community for bias, overestimation, and such things for series they like. I think one thing people need to know about your actual average power scalers, is something that you touched on at the end, but in the total opposite direction. You said that a lot of power scaling is about reducing the characters to singular points of data on a grid and disregarding their story or what makes the character that character outside of some singular destructive feat they did, and that's really not quite right. There is an astronomical amount of emphasis for a lot of people about the characters themselves. Their stories, personalities, things that drive them, etc. It's why the characters are compared at all. Connections between characters, who went through similar story beats or narrative moments, who have fought for similar things or against similar people. End of the day, the characters themselves are the beating heart of Vs Debating, and just as much time is put into discussion over how abilities interact, the tones of the fight, what the music would be like, etc. It's a matter of wanting to see the characters we love represented and shown off in neat ways. There's absolutely a ton of people who just see the hobby as the "Big Dick Meterstick" of a series being better than another because the beeg numbers be higher, but that's like judging all sports by their worst fans. I greatly enjoyed the vid, and was neat to see where you put characters, differently that I or others might place them. Just wanted to pust a defence for the Power Scaling as a hobby, for the inevitable wave of people criticizing the hobby at it's roots.
As someone who usually spends about 5 hours with powerscaling a day, this is actually a pretty good list! The only thing here that was *absurdly* wrong was not having Joker in S-Tier, since he's by far the strongest character in Smash. Also, you're overselling Kirby a bit, since him being in the same tier as Bayonetta is a bit much. Kirby is universal to low multiversal, while Baynoetta is low *complex* multiversal and Joker is outerversal through SMT scaling. To clarify the difference, the VS Battle Wiki defines the terms as follows: Low Multiversal (Kirby) - Characters or objects that can significantly affect, create and/or destroy small multiverses which can be comprised of several separate space-time continuums ranging anywhere from two to a thousand, or equivalents. Low Complex Multiversal (Bayonetta) - Characters or objects that can universally affect, create and/or destroy spaces whose size corresponds to one to two higher levels of infinity greater than a standard universal model, In terms of "dimensional" scale, this can be equated to 5 and 6-dimensional real coordinate spaces (R ^ 5 to R ^ 6). Outerversal (Joker) - Characters or objects that can affect structures with a number of dimensions equal to the cardinal aleph-2, which in practical terms also equals a level that completely exceeds Low 1-A structures to the same degree that they exceed High 1-B and below. This can be extrapolated to larger cardinal numbers as well, such as aleph-3, aleph-4, and so on, and works in much the same way as 1-C and 1-B in that regard. Also note that Joker has Immeasurable-tier speed, which is one tier above infinity. I'll give you a pass with those mistakes though, since I assume you aren't super familiar with how to do cosmology scaling.
@@RedLordOfAlagadda Ngl, I feel like this is the stuff that makes people regard the hobby as 100% nonsense. Especially the tone of treating people not doing this stuff as "Making mistakes". It makes the entire hobby unapproachable, and I can loosely guarantee, people's eyes are going to glaze over long before they hit the point of talking about "6-dimensional real coordinate spaces".
The hedgehog it's still a teen, still growing in power, and able to defeat anybody he encounters, it doesn't matter how experienced they are, he will just beat them
My only possible argument for him is, in Smash, Dr. Mario is considered a separate character, but in the actual Mario series? Outside of MAYBE Mario Kart Tour, they’re one and the same. So, he probably falls under the same umbrella as the Miis and Mr. Game & Watch.
One of my favorite things in any game ever to this day is how if you wait on the “The End” screen in Kid Icarus Uprising, Hades comes back and is like “Wow, I can’t believe Pit killed me, the god of the underworld, that means he must be the strongest Nintendo character”. They know full well that this is the kind of thing we do in our spare time.
@kingvideogames Actually no, Sakurai was behind Kid Icarus Uprising, but Pit had already had two other games long before Uprising or even Brawl. Sakurai isn’t responsible for Pit's creation.
il like 80% sure kirby holds back for sportsmanship like something in smash limits about everyone's power but kirby is just kinda above that hence why he is able to escape galeem
Well Smash is a crossover that isn’t really canon which lets Sakurai and the devs pretty much do whatever they want with the characters. Heck, not only did he plan Palutena and Bayonetta to survive, he basically alters WOL to have Sephiroth kill Galeem somehow despite the story.
@@JediDrewsterT really? to be fair I have never played a sonic game btw I found this on google Per the comic, for sustained runs, Sonic clocks in at 767 miles per hour, and his max speed reached is 186,000 miles per second - or in other words, the speed of light. Sonic can't maintain running at the speed of light for very long, but he can quite comfortably run faster than the speed of sound.
I always love watching people try to understand children’s game characters in a canon sense. Alax is going crazy over a Piranha Plant’s pipe for example, and the most thought Miyamoto put into it was “Yeah that looks funny. I’m gonna include that”
"Childrens game" is a misnomer at this point. The correct term would be "family friendly", meaning something that can be enjoyed by everyone in the family, not just kids.

Little Mac DID also defeat Donkey Kong in a boxing match. Also it's worth noting that aside from Lucario and Mewtwo, all the other pokemon characters come out of a pokeball in their intro, implying that they are pokemon with trainers, rather than wild pokemon.
While Mac did beat Donkey Kong, I think it's save to say that DK was holding back a lot. His animations during that fight look like he's swinging his arms without much use of his power and if he would have gona all out, the entire boxing ring including the building would break.
@@unskilledgamer3642 I swear there was a statement somewhere where it says dk was not being fully serious or though it was just a game I friggin forgot where tho

Fun fact about a Kirby ability: In Forgotten Land, they get Time Crash, an evolved version of Crash. This allows them to concentrate so much energy into a single point that time just stops working. Aka, they brute force their way into stopping time. Edit: Another Fun Fact about another ability because why not: Mike is an ability whose effect I can only describe as memetic. Most people think that it just allows Kirby to sing so loudly that it creates a shockwave, but what's actually happening is that they sing SO BADLY that anyone who hears it laughs to the point of exploding. Aka, it's audible Joker Venom that blows you up for good measure. Keep that image in your head next time you use Mike.
Samus' Power Suit is pretty much 'technomagic' canonically. Magic actually exists in the Metroid universe, it's not just science fiction. Though magic in Metroid is generally something that's not well understood by most characters we see and Samus doesn't talk often enough to tell us what she knows about it. lol

Small issue with Captain Falcon's placement: he isn't just from a game. He has an anime too, and from what I've heard that's where his most impressive feats are.
Could you imagine if Alax took account of every form of media from all these franchises? Anime, manga, live action, movies, books... where do we draw the line?
@@TheRealBatabii issue is that from what I understand, the anime is very much cannon, and with so little to go off of with the games he may as well throw in that little extra step. It's not like the work hasn't been done for him either, he said himself that others calculate his power level to be much higher than he put the captain and even death battle did an episode on him (in which they come to the conclusion that c. Falcon beats a fighting game character... A category of characters he was ranked as weaker than).

11:02 Fun fact; The arms are actually weapons that they can take on and off. What happens to their actual arms when they put the weapon arms on, I have no idea. But they can take them on and off and continue having regular people arms, so yeah.
Arms lore is wild. There's a condition that just causes people to wake up with long, rubbery, arms that they can't really move without a special device. Then they use their new ability to move their arms to punch people.
@@alphanbuster9292I’m not science minded person, but considering multiple characters drawing from the Conduit possessed some degree of foresight, and there ability to change those predictions…. Not to mention that Pneuma matched Jin’s speed by rewriting the laws of physics in the immediate vicinity. I’d say it’s definitely in the wheelhouse.
Just to be clear, infinite energy is somehow one of the _least_ impressive things the conduit/zohar can do. Phenomenon Phase Shift is on a whole other level and is just straight reality warping. And Pneuma (strictly speaking, only Pyra and Mythra's _Core Crystal,_ but not themselves)'s primary job is literally to control the darn thing along with her two siblings.
Dedede may be a joke to Kirby, but he's definitely no slouch to combat. My dude can nearly beat Kirby on a one on one in multiple occasions (thought I guess that one is up to the player). The more impressive thing is the fact he can actually take said beatings from the pink puff,
As a Xenoblade 2 fan, I can confirm that at full power, Pyra and Mythra have the ability to rewrite the laws of physics. They use it to give them faster-than-light speed, and wormholes among other things. Make of that what you will with their placement.
They're debatably stronger than Shulk since they actually use their godly powers. Plus, Shulk's vision abilities aren't entirely his own power, but then you get into weird territory of what should count as "his own" abilities.
So many people will disagree with this list, as is expected, but it's kinda hard to be mad at it. It's such a fun, pointless topic to discuss, and is itself something of a celebration of all these characters being here together. Props to the insane amount of work that went into this, Alax, you deserve a nice, S tier break. Happy holidays everyone!
As a stupid poweracaling nerd who has several qualms with this list. I agree it's just stupid fun and a "perfect" list would need several years of research, and an entire series to explain and justify character placements. Several characters here have arguments to get above Kirby. Palutena does have some pretty impressive feats, she's stated as an equal to Medusa, who was able to punch Hades' head off, Hades being someone who can create universes in his stomach.
It's not confirmed that he created the universe in his stomach, just that his stomach is linked to an alternate universe. How this happened is unknown and likely falls under voodoo doll rules and thus may not affect his strength. (Powerscaling is fun and stupid and serious all at once)

Btw for anyone curious as to who the second person considered a god is (during his explanation on Palutena at 19:57), he’s referring to Zelda, who (in skyward sword) is the reincarnation of the goddess Hylia. Thing is, despite being a “goddess” in that game, she doesn’t really do much of anything, so he decided not to bring it up since it played no role in her placement.
My understanding is that he's interpreting the Zelda characters as the specific iteration of the character that makes it into Smash. In other games - Ocarina of Time, the Wind Waker - Zelda is at least capable of temporarily restraining Ganondorf which would probably place her in B tier; but specifically the Link Between Worlds version of the character doesn't really have any feats to speak of, which really hurts her placement.
@@RivusCorvusyou could be right, I was making a wild guess. My only reason as for why it’s Zelda specifically is cause he “doesn’t have the heart to tell us” which to me sounds like “I put a god so low on this list that it’s sad, so it’s probably a character that deserves to be in that tier regardless of title.” He could be referring to Robin, but I feel like he would admit Robin as a God in the video at least, since being a reincarnation of a literal death dragon god is worth mentioning. But at the same time he IS saying he’s probably low balling Robin, so who knows? He could be referring to him, and I don’t wanna say I’m right
@@Jose_Ruiz932 but the thing is, are dragon gods from fe really true gods? Since they’re basically just dragons the original goddess gave a lot of power to to rule after she left. And that’s the thing, gods are a nebulous term, with various levels of power depending on the setting.
In all fairness to Palutena, in World of Light story, along with Bayonetta, she’s also the last fighter to unlock in which near Galeem and Dharkon. Implying her and Bayo tried to do last stand with them or they knew the full potential of Bayo and Palu.
Good for you. But to be honest, he doesn't even crack top 5. Joker Shulk, Sora, Bayonetta, Sonic (Comic version) is the only ones to be on Tier 1 of the power scaling tier.
One common thing that people bring up about Kirby is his pause description for his normal state in Planet Robobot. It says he has “infinite power” but due to translation errors, somewhere, the series director (not Sakurai anymore btw) said that it’s supposed to be closer to “infinite potential”. With that, you could argue that Kirby isn’t bound by simple power in combat but in any ability or area of skill you can think of. He could go from being a master swordsman to something completely unimaginable to what we know him as today. Take his growth from his origins for example, would you expect this little goofy cream puff to evolve into a character that sees the goodness in everyone and will fight to protect everyone and the world when need be? I’d say that potential is far more unbounded than power.
Actually if we look at the Japanese version of that description it’s more similar to he always finds a way to win, which is much crazier than infinite power
It doesn't matter how many times I hear it or from how many sources; hearing that King Dedede of all characters is a potential planet buster is mind blowing. Kirby, I can accept, and same for Meta Knight; it's Dedede being on that level that always throws me for a loop.
The fact that dedede can hold his own against kirby is proof enough. Granted, he loses, but still😂. Now imagine if this was the actual tier list for smash😅😅😅😅
@@charliecomer6001 In Dedede's defense, he's fought Kirby multiple times and is still alive. Void Termina, Star Dream, Fecto Elifis etc... didn't survive Kirby, but this madlad of a penguin did.
Since Mr. Game & Watch is technically a Smash original character, you could count the Subspace Emissary as his canon lore. In that, it's shown that his body is actually a source of infinite energy, as the Subspace Army uses it as a source for their... everything, really. They just keep extracting shadow bugs from him and he doesn't seem to ever run out.
Same case with ROB as the Ancient Minster. It was even accepted into Smash canon that he is the last of his kind since all of the other ROB models were destroyed as of Subspace
The Inklings are a lot stronger than most people give them credit for. On their own, they may just be squid kids, but with their ink weapons, they can push back giant metal fists and deflect city destroying beams of ink. Many of the villains in later Splatoon campaigns have the capability to destroy the world (Splatoon 3). Also Splatoon characters are often able to dodge sound based attacks, and survive being hit by missiles and those aforementioned giant fists.
i love splatoon and its lore but i can't see inklings being any higher than high D tier. especially considering he isn't talking about ANY of the agents.
I kinda agree that inkling's placement felt a bit low (though I don't blame Alax for that, there's just not a lot to go off of in terms of feats). But just looking at pure gameplay, they have the ability to phase directly through solid meshes by going into squid form, and somehow they're able to jump hundreds of feet in the air with super jumps. The only reason they're so low is because it's assumed that the ink-based weapons they use can't harm non-inklings, but with that same line of thinking it's questionable if conventional attacks would even harm an inkling in turn. In swim form inklings might just be bullet proof as the bullet passes through them like water, and if they can be completely unphased after hitting the ground faster than terminal velocity, it's doubtful that any sort of physical impact would hurt them that much. And that's not even mentioning the fact that they can canonically respawn. Like yeah sure that's a thing in most every game, but in Splatoon you actually have physical respawn machines that everyone uses to play turf war (it's not just an unexplained mechanic there only for the sake of gameplay).

Forgot to add kirby to that god counter. I mean he definitely doesn’t act like one but technically is because he was created by void before it got corrupted into void termina, a being of infinite neutral energy who occasionally feels like creating other godlike beings of infinite energy based on the emotions of those around it when doing so. Kirby was created from positive emotions, while zero was created from negative. Putting aside the fact he kills both zero, void, and void termina, he was already initially created as a god. I mean if he really wanted to he could probably consume the entire multiverse, copy it, and then just be the multiverse Ig
Here's a thing that pushes Kirby even higher. Kirby is a reincarnation of an eternal multiversal being. He then fights this eternal multiversal being he reincarnated from and wins.
This is a misconception. Void Termina, having became conscious for the first time after reincarnating, took inspiration from Kirby, which was in conflict with the darkness that Void Termina previously absorbed from Hyness to become reincarnated. Void Termina was the incarnation of this god, not Kirby. They are two different characters. Despite the previous paragraph, it can be vaguely reasoned that Kirby and Void Termina are directly related to Dark Matter. Void, a neutral incarnation of the god that you're referring to in a mostly parallel timeline, still had Kirby's face and was still capable of transforming into a Dark Matter entity, even if there were no characters present to have given Void a reason to absorb their attributes, possibly implying that those are inherent characteristics. However, we don't know what events occurred leading up to the Void battle, due to it taking place in the boss rush that is The Ultimate Choice, where the only story is pause screen descriptions that give background about the opponents rather than descriptions of the context surrounding the fights in the alternate timeline.
Common misconception, Kirby is not a reincarnation, but rather an incarnation. The thing that he is an incarnation of did not stop existing when Kirby was created.
I love how you also forgot to mention Fecto Forgo for Kirby, who has enough psychic energy to create a physical pocket dimension from his dreams. And that’s his incomplete form!
Its amazing how people equate the idea of a physical being being able to create a pocket dimension to ultimate power full stop. You could draw up a villain who can make a pocket dimension but is otherwise a completely normal mortal human being and people would be like “GUYS HE BEAT THE GUY WHO COULD MaKe A pOcKeT dImEnSiOn! 🤡”

Something's always fascinated me about power scaling. It's pretty clear that most of the insane feats most characters go through are either meant for the story or are just jokes. I don't think anyone at Nintendo thinks that Wario's immortal and can withstand newtons of force with a distgusting amount of 0s. Plus killing a god in a videogame kinda doesn't mean anything when it's treated like an average Thursday and their supposed "power" is left to description and hype ups. Not to mention what is and isn't "canon" and what "canons" one would use. That being said, seeing people talk about how absurd characters can be power wise and seeing the big numbers is satisfying at times, this entire video being an example.

Black Hole, Mega Laser, healing, meteor shower, super speed, invisibility, fake death, brief invincibility, etc. Those are given to Pit by her. We never see her using them herself, but Pit is using her powers (when Palutena is possessed, he uses Viridi’s powers). When you are fighting the Hewdra in an aerial battle, if you don’t fight the boss, Palutena ONE-SHOTS it with a laser. If you have the game, try it. Don’t the fight the boss, and see what happens. Hades, the FINAL BOSS, is killed by Pit when he shoots him with a laser from the Great Sacred Treasure’s cannon. Except that the cannon was broken. And the laser was powered by Palutena. While in control of the Chaos Kin, she removed Pit’s soul and placed it in a ring. His body became her puppet. Pit regained consciousness within the ring after three years. She turned Medusa into a monster based on what she saw in Medusa’s soul. And though Pit does beat her, she was limping toward us before the boss battle. We didn’t fight her when she was at full strength. Being possessed took a toll on her.
she uses a lot of those powers that she gives to pit in smash bros, though. Sakurai making it clear she can use them herself. Hi, xenoblade 2 fan here, I’d place Pyra and Mythra about at the same level as sephiroth, when they destroyed 3 continents they did that “on accident” if they’re actually trying + use pneuma they’re definitely about on that level
The only continent they were responsible for destroying was Torna, the second of the three to fall. The first one was Malos, the third was Amalthus, and all three were attributed to Pyra/Mythra by Amalthus trying to save his own skin. Even so, this is on the lower end of Pneuma’s full potential. I thought the creators of FF7 said Super Nova was an illusory attack which is why it: deals a random mental status, can happen more than once, and is considered less threatening than a simple "really big world destroying meteor"

I find one of the biggest flaws about this kind of comparison where "X beat Y, thus X scales directly to Y" is that it's like saying "Rock beats scissors, and scissors beat paper, so rock scales to paper." Different abilities and different strengths counteract eachother. Pit won against most of the gods in Uprising because he had the tools able to do so and support from other characters, usually other gods. He didn't beat them because he was inherently stronger, he beat them because he was resourceful and is willing and able to work together with others. Yaldaboth and Azathoth, for all the bluster, are still a manifestation of humanity's minds, and thus is just as susceptible to humanity's thoughts as the thought you have about diving into leaves after raking them up. They only have power over you if you're blind to their influence or resign yourself to their power. They are habits and compulsions that everyone tends to have, and anyone can break a habit once they know they have one. Sonic is VERY fast, but there's an entire level in colors dedicated to showing he is nowhere near fast enough to escape a black hole, which means he's nowhere close to lightspeed no matter how much he gases himself up. A key can open a lock, but not every lock is opened by any key.
Just only this part "Sonic is VERY fast, but there's an entire level in colors dedicated to showing he is nowhere near fast enough to escape a black hole, which means he's nowhere close to lightspeed no matter how much he gases himself up." One: sonic was closer and he was sucked in by the growth of the black hole and not the gravitation pull it's self which sonic resist for 30 seconds enough until the size of the black catch him Two: it can be just an outlier/anti feat as he did escape/resist gravitation pull from other black holes in games like shuffle and Riders and lost World and even colours itself the DS version of nega wisp armour using violet wisp black hole ability (who can bend time and space) with boost can resist it's gravitation pull
@khalidsaeedali8756 A black hole is still a black hole regardless of size, and still sucks up light in all forms. Heck, it's arguable that thing was even a black hole, and really just a bunch of Nega-Wisp energy spilling out at a very visible pace.
The only reason Sonic didn't escape the black hole was because he was literally running out of ground. He only got sucked in because the black hole absorbed all of the ground in wich he was standing. He didn't got pulled in by it's gravitational pull nor had his atoms and molecules teared apart by it's reality warping, nor the be separated from the grounf in wich he was running on. Outside of that, the rest of what you said is accurate.
@@monstermaker73I'm not saying it was a fake black hole I'm saying he only gets sucked by the growth of it not the gravitation pull The manual and prime guide state it was black hole and even if it was from wisps power one of them are Violet Wisp can bend time and space which is black hole power
also, remember that donald is one (if not) of the most powerful mages in all ff due to him casting zettaflare at least twice (one in game and a second one in the past due to goofy's reaction) . Cause at the time of kh3 launching, the most powerful flare attack was exaflare, used by 3 bahamuts, the one from 7 crisis core, the one from 13-2 and the one from 14, which the latter is in a state that makes it stronger, which is dangerous Since it is with a teraflare, which is weaker, it almost destroyed the continent of the game and was the cause of closing the version 1.0 servers. Currently there is only one other person I can cast zettaflare and that is dion from ff16 in his bahamut form.
One of the final bosses of bravely default also use zettaflare bringing the number up to three SPOILERS And if I remember correctly they only gained the ability to do so cause their leader (who at that point in the game is trying to break into the real world by consuming every dimension where the games story takes place including the worlds of other players) gave them the power to do it
Exaflare in 13-2 requires three Bahamuts to be present. Otherwise they use Teraflare(with two alive), or Gigaflare(with one alive). The fact that Donald can cast something significantly stronger on his own is…frankly, terrifying.
And isn't Zettaflare capable of destroying Multiple Alternate Timelines in a single cast in Bravely Default I heard that happens so Donald's a Multiverse buster on paper
Worst part is when you consider the fact that Donald charged the zettaflare so fast terranort could even dodge it. A guy who moves faster than light. Fully charged and shot a guy, that moves faster than light, and vaporized him. Trully horrifying
Bro, mans said Zero mission is the only time Zero Suit Samus is playable, but did we forget the last 5 minutes of other M? The answer is yes. Yes we did.
I’ve always thought it’d be interesting to get a power tier list for Smash, with only material internal to Smash being considered. So reveal trailers, cinematics like Subspace, trophy descriptions, things like that. A lot less material to go through, but still pretty valid for Smash.
@@carso1500 Kirby gets overpowered by Kazuya in the trailer. Mario and Kirby are consistently shown to he equals throughout the smash series. Kirby wouldn’t be so elite that way. Olimar would still be close to the bottom though.
Fun fact about how and when personas can be used. Because the "real world" no longer exists in the series, it's dependant on the level of abstraction at play that determines how easy a persona can be summoned. This means it is plausible for Joker to summon his persona in the "real world" if he practiced really, really, really, r e a l l y hard. We see characters such as Fuuka or the P1 & P2 cast do this.
@@pepegtz2024 the only confirmation (that isn't general world building) we have of the team using their personas after the fact is that Yukino canonically talks to her persona to vent according to Kazuma Kaneko even after the events of 1 or the snow queen quest.
@@Jaygermeister93 evokers only work in the real world because of a special material the collective unconscious is derived from called "plumes of dusk" that came from this star eater. long story short, that stuff allows for summoning in the "Real world", but it takes time to draw out the evoker, and summon, while someone like Fuuka just practice to summon hers without one in the "real world"
I think the only reason I can agree with sakuri that palutena would be one of the only characters able to survive galeem is the pure fact that she's specifically a light goddess, and galeem attacks with light. She literally counterpicked it.
If I remember, the comment was more about the fact that she could just dip to Skyworld and thus avoid a universe-wide flash. The other character mentioned in that interview as a possibility was Bayonetta, and specifically because of her access to Inferno.
@@calebcrumlish1670 So it's not so much that they could tank it - safe to say none of them could - it's that they were the only other two that had the potential ability to outright escape it?
That's the ticket -- notably Kirby only evades it thanks to the Warp Star doing some light-speed-warp thing and blinking out of existence. Honestly, Kirby being the only survivor is probably relatively arbitrary; if escaping to other dimensions actually works, those two probably should've been fine (Bayonetta in particular shouldn't have an issue reacting cuz of Witch Time, though I dunno if making a portal to leave is something she can just do instantaneously), plus anyone else who could do something like that. Kirby just got picked as the survivor because he's a good choice for a starting character for all players. @@TARDISES

Having more than 300 hours in Xenoblade 2, I gotta agree with your spot for Pyra/Mythra. Without Pneuma, they honestly don’t get *that* high in this tier list all things considered. If you consider their artifices though, it can be argued that they can be a little higher
@@invenblocker Not exactly? They no longer share Rex's pain, but they're still Resonated with Rex, which means if Rex dies, they return to their Core Crystal. Post-XC2 Rex is a monster though, so yeah, not that much of a weakness.
@@dc_dachi Oh, like how they returned to their cores when Addam died? Which is why Pyra was in her core rather than her physical form when Rex first found her. Or how Malos returned to his core when Amalthus died? Aegises don't play by the same rules.
The main problem is that really, the full power of the two girls is their authority over the Artifice. It's the main damage source of Mythra and her lvl 4 special. Just one Siren unit is already enough to destroy something like a large city block in one shot even though it's not really an aoe weapon, and then entire cities given time for a bombardment, as it has unlimited ammo and can just carpet bomb anything to death. It also gives them the ability to travel into space, which makes them very hard to hurt for most enemies. But even from the start, I think you could take it that they had the authority necessary to access the rest of the Artifice fleet. At the very least they were the ones with the control rights for Ophion also, but if you give them all the Artifice in the hangar, including Aion, they are easily capable of wiping out an entire planet given some time. Maybe in one shot depending on how you take Aion's power. Notably they do not need their final form to gain control of any of the Artifice, as Malos showed they were up for grabs for any of the three to take, since he never fully actualized.
Roy can technically dodge enemies who move faster than the eye can track, (Swordsmasters) and given that he can then counterattack them and sometimes double them, I think Roy is possibly as fast as said enemies, or has inhuman reaction time, which could possibly put him over Marth in terms of power. Also, The Sword of Seals is basically a violently explosive flamethrower, so that's something.
The legendary weapons of Elibe were so powerful they created quantum calamities and climate crises around the globe after clashing with the dragons during the war of the Scouring. Roy being a wielder of the biding blade is actually way more dangerous than Marth, Chrom and Lucina.
@@crawlinggoose the blades made a eternal winter which depending on the size of the area it is would scale higher since creation scales more than destruction
@@yoder6162 I'd say Marth is still weaker, considering Roy caps all of his stats at 25 (excluding luck which is 30) when he promotes to Master Lord, whereas Marth only caps at 20 on all his stats, and none of the enemies in the first game literally disappear to attack the opponent. (The first class to do that was the Slayer/Dread Fighter from Gaiden) Also, Roy can dodge bolting, a sky-to-ground lightning spell that can be cast from a distance, to the point of which Roy would have no idea where the caster is or what he is doing, meaning he is able to effectively dodge a 270,000 mph lightning strike on reflex only.
What a well done and beautifully edited video! Even though I personally have my own contradictions of ever hero should be higher than their villain since they beat them, or Shulk’s visions being incredibly complicated, I sure do hope that I am not the only one putting aside my stupid contradictions and can just enjoy the video! Seriously though Alax, bullshit contradictions aside, well fucking done with this video!
I think the reason villians either share a tier or surpass the heroes is because generally, the heroes win either because of numerical advantage on their team or straight up get lucky with the battlefield.
For your final speech, in the words of Death Battle’s Boomstick. “Dammit man, there’s more than ONE way to appreciate something.” Powerscaling is how a lot of people appreciate these characters and have a lot of fun with it. So why act like there’s a wrong way to look at these characters?
The only limits to fiction within its unreality is human imagination, but sometimes, how fiction is framed can lead to incorrectness. In a person's own fan-fiction and headcanons, anything goes, but in a discussion analyzing the original material of someone else's story for evidence that factually exists, if a person makes a claim about the original material that they believe to be true even if there is an inconsistency or contradiction in their reasoning, then it's reasonable for other people to disagree or even consider the claim as wrong. Reasoning can be flawed, or it can be put in the wrong place.
I enjoy this video less for the actual ranking and more to hear more about the cool stuff that the various characters did, and for others to hear about the cool stuff that my favourites did. It's why I'm not upset that my favourite was only B-tier, since the explanation for why included so much information that you rarely get to hear outside the series specific communities.
While Captain Falcon doesn't have many feats, I feel like he's being underestimated here. Even if all we have is that he races in F-Zero, that alone is a pretty insane feat. The G-forces of driving a machine that requires you make consecutive hairpin turns at upwards of 1000 km/h is pretty insane durability wise, also for reaction speed and control. Especially considering that Black Shadow considers Falcon a threat, and this guy is an enormous monster, possibly a wizard, and canonically survived a car crash at F-Zero speeds. Falcon is at least low C, which isn't much of an increase but he's a lot more than just some guy. If you go with the GP Legends continuity Falcon gets much more of a jump, although I haven't watched so I don't know specifics.
Tbh, the fact he didn’t even mentioned that Kirby is maybe, canonically a god, killed other gods, not to mention WOL, where he was the only survivor, + his normal ability to suck, kill, and convert what he consumes, and user their abilities, is kinda crazy, that’s also not assuming some of the other feats he’s able to do. Like, Kirby is crazy.
Killing a god is not that impressive of a feat in video games. Shulk killed Zanza, Joker killed Yaldabaoth and Azathoth, Bayonetta killed Jubileus and Aesir, Sora killed Xeanhort with the X Blade, Sonic killed Solaris among other gods, Ness killed Gigygas, etc
@@mando76m yea, its kind of more which gods he killed, killing a god isnt really impressive in vdeo games unless you look at their feats (and i swear to god there are so many gods kirby has to fight that are able to bend time and space around them like its some beef)
@xavierbean5218 But every character I've listed has killed gods that scale far higher than anything Kirby has done. He scales around the same tier as Ness or Hero but he gets outclassed by Mario, Cloud, Bayonetta, Sora, Shulk, Aegis, and Joker based off pure feats of their enemies
@@mando76m imma be honest, this is a tier list for shits and giggles, because there is no way in hell I am gonna explain all of the Kirby Lore. Plus, yes, most upscale Kirby in feats, my favorite being Sonic whom was able to beat a Multiversal, almost Outerversal threat named Solaris. But again, this isn’t needed to be taken that seriously.
This is the best canonical tier list I've ever seen, but Rosalina is extremely underrated on this tier list. She is arguably the strongest character in the Mario universe. She not only create galaxies, she can also generate very strong and very big barriers, fly, levitate objects and other people, she can teleport herself, she can even escape from a black hole. Edit: Cpt Falcon is also super underrated. He deserves A tier. In F-Zero GX, Captain Falcon obtains a belt with the power to "turn the entire galaxy into ashes in an instant". And in the anime, he's equal to Black Shadow, who overpowered a Might Reactor. For reference, six Might Reactors can channel darkness and create a new universe; a new Big Bang. Thus, Falcon can destroy 1/6 of a universal space-time in one punch.
@@MatthewCJoy and he put sora in high A witch is universe level and doesn't compare to characters like kirby who kills gods because they stole a single slice of cake like every other week and has infinite power
She can't be called "arguably strongest character" when she hasn't even fought or defeated strong opponents. Rosalina also doesn't create galaxies, the lumas do. They had been doing it long before she met them as a child. They simply accepted her as a "Mother", but she has no hand in what they do besides taking care of them until they can do their job. As it's mentioned in the video, it means little when she doesn't use this "immense power" notably. Couldn't defeat Bowser in the Galaxy games and Mario/Luigi did all the fighting, and in the alternate Rabbids universe, she gets possessed by Cursa and makes a team effort to overcome it. Peach has a higher win count than she does.
Seeing Alex have a near existential crisis over how powerful Castlevania and Final Fantasy can get is definitely a highlight of this video for me. Especially for final fantasy where if you look deep into some of the spinoff games like Brave Exvius, a mobile gacha game that has so many characters do shit that makes Platinum Games blush with the over the top anime action scenes that happens in that game like absorb so many suns and crucify a galaxy which blows up the universe, freezing the sun and several planets by being in a samurai stance, among several other crazy shit. Overall this video was a treat, there might be some placements I wouldn't fully agree and the final speech does make me scratch my head a bit given powerscaling is a fun hobby at the end of the day, but hey, it's entertaining in the end of the day and I'm all for it.
Since R.O.B is canonically a tangible object in our world, it exists in a plane of existence above all fiction, putting it above the rest of the roster
That's like saying the lions beat the Pokémon because the lions are real, missing the point. R.O.B. for the sake of fairness should just be disqualified, it's not even a videogame character for all intents and purposes. (Goku is also not a "videogame character" despite appearing in a plethora of games).
Due to may calculations Most people thought Gold Blocks where the heaviest blocks in Minecraft but a little while ago a man found out that Packed Blue Ice is heavier. But if you make a huge pyramid up to the build limit and place a Bucket of Lava and have it run all the way down to the bottom of the world and break the blocks so it fills up that whole space. It is revealed there is ABOUT 537 million blocks of lava in a single bucket. When you take a low balled weight for lava (I used about 2.75 tons per cubic meter). You get a single bucket weighing 1,476,750,000 tons!!! Use the Shulker Box filled with Lava Buckets and fill up all your item slots and then it is revealed Steve can hold a whopping 1,475,273,250,000 tons! And that doesn't even include any armor. And he can still run and jump Thanks for reading :)
@biler-kv6gs He also can be infinitely strong, infinitely immortal, can move 6 times the speed of light, is literally strong enough to lift an entire multiverse . . . with ONE HAND. This is using commands by the way
Rosalina does technically have feats, although their canon ivory is highly dubious (not that the Mario canon exists). In Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, Rosalina gets possessed by the megabug and becomes Cursa, who is then able to cover the entire universe in Darkmess, which is an extremely toxic substance, and harness the power of the sparks to become even stronger. While it’s difficult to distinguish what powers come from which of the two entities, it’s implied that the Megabug needed Rosalina’s powers in order to reach the rest of the Galaxy, so it is somewhat implied that Rosalina has control over the entire galaxy. This argument relies on a lot of assumptions, but at least Rosalina is responsible for something… at the very least, being a vessel for a universe destroying life form.
The idea that the Super Mario series doesn't have a canon is a misrepresentation of Shigeru Miyamoto's words. He said that the characters are like actors that can fit any role, like how some cartoon characters have different jobs depending on the episode. This means that contradictions can occur without a new continuity being established. The canon is very lenient, not nonexistent. If there were no canon, then Mario would just be a concept and a brand, rather than a character in a real continuity that can be properly analyzed. Shigeru Miyamoto was basically just saying that the Mario and Bowser who play sports on friendly terms are the same Mario and Bowser that fight each other due to the latter's acts of terrorism. The information in the previous paragraph doesn't stop separate continuities from being established, such as how Paper Mario is treated in modern day, with it just being "Mario Story" seemingly having been retconned. None of the aforementioned stops the main Mario from supposedly or technically being an interdimensional singularity across continuities for conceptual and branding purposes anyway. Nintendo doesn't want any appearance of Mario to feel fake, as in accidentally portrayed as unfaithful to the quintessential concept of Mario, just because the appearance is outside of the primary timeline of events in the video game series. Why else do you think a movie as narratively dull as The Super Mario Bros. Movie took so long to release? Why else do you think Nintendo corrected the precise way Bowser held his tea cup in the Wreck-It Ralph movie? The reason is because, regardless of the continuity, Nintendo wants the characters from the Super Mario series to be portrayed as their authentic selves in any official material. All of the aforementioned is in contrast to Link from The Legends of Zelda, who canonically has different incarnations of himself even across the same video game series, so Nintendo wouldn't need to be so strict with portraying him in separate material and crossovers. Mario and Link have been briefly contrasted in this context before by Shigeru Miyamoto in a Q&A session.
Once again though, the Mario Galaxy games prove that she can't seem to use this reasonably to defeat an enemy like Bowser, and Mario did all the fighting. Perhaps it's her connection to the Lumas that makes her a viable vessel. It could mean Rosalina has the potential to control the Galaxy, but either isn't there yet or just can't regularly use that power in situations that would help her like the Mario Galaxy Games.
@@starsensemble3201 1. Bowser stole the Power stars behind her back, he didn't defeat her and took it, if that were the case, why isn't the Comet Observatory infested with his Minions like Peach's castle and the other places he controls? 2. In SMG 2, he intercepted the Comet Observatory using his Galaxy reactor and trapping her, not really defeating her, unless you count that somehow. 3.Also Bowser lost to Bedrock, who is below Cursa, who struggles to control Rosalina, who was the only entity other than Edge perhaps and the Sparks to counter her power and unlike the Lumas and Sparks, actually fought back, suggesting that she can battle more competently than her children and Bowser. 4. Finally, Mario is always the one to defeat Bowser, since it is his job, not Rosalina's, as she prefers people doing stuff on their own rather than interfere, also she was the only one to survive the reset of the universe, Mario and his friends had to be saved.
Seeing a video like this makes me imagine what could've been if other series got into Smash Bros. and how Alax would (have had to) learn about completely new and wild game universes. like show him Touhou Project and he'll do backflips on camera
How strong is Steve in Minecraft? Let's break down the calculations to understand the incredible feats he can achieve. Weight Comparisons: One cubic meter of water weighs 1,000 kilograms (2,205 pounds). Gold is 19.3 times as dense as water. A single block of gold (1 m^3) weighs 19,300 kg (42,550 lbs). An enchanted golden apple, made of 8 gold blocks + 1 red apple, weighs 154,400.2 kg (340,400 lbs). Steve's Carrying Capacity: Steve's inventory has 36 slots, each capable of holding 64 enchanted golden apples. Total enchanted golden apples Steve can carry: 2,304. Combined weight: 355,737,600 kg (784,267,000 lbs). Comparisons to Steve's Carrying Capacity: Equivalent to 200,000 cars. Heavier than 50,000 adult elephants. Weighs more than the entire human population of Kentucky. 1,600 times the weight of the Statue of Liberty. 78% of the Burj Khalifa (tallest building in the world). More massive than 35 Eiffel Towers. 1.3 million times the world record in Olympic weightlifting. Equals 1.8 billion red apples. Not as heavy as your mom. Surpasses 350 billion paperclips. Heavier than 4.5 million people (real or Minecraft). Equates to 210 decillion (2.1 x 10^35) protons. Outweighs 400 undecillion (4 x 10^38) electrons. More massive than an extremely obese person. Heavier than 140 Olympic swimming pools. Surpasses 90 trillion ants. Weighs more than 1,800 real-life houses (including foundations). Heavier than 6,000 real-life houses (not including foundations). Greater than the weight of 10,000 small Minecraft houses. Lighter than 0.00001 large Minecraft houses. More massive than 3,000 blue whales. Netherite Block and Shulker Box Calculations: One Netherite block weighs 77,200 kg. One Shulker box filled with Netherite blocks weighs 133,401,600 kg. Steve can carry 37 Shulker boxes, totaling 4,935,859,200 kg. Piston and Ender Chest Calculations: Ender Chests, composed of 8 Obsidians, weigh 7,411,200 kg. Pistons can push 12 Netherite blocks, equivalent to 926,400 kg. A Shulker box filled with Ender Chests weighs 12,806,553,600 kg. Mega and Yottaton Calculations: The weight of the heaviest block, Piston, is 531,090,430,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Megatons. Converted to Yottatons: 53,109,043,000,000,000,000 Yottatons. Shulker boxes filled with Piston blocks: 91,772,427,000,000,000,000,000 Yottatons. Steve's inventory capacity: 3,395,579,800,000,000,000,000,000 Yottatons. Final Comparisons: Steve can lift the weight of 56.858.335,000,000,000,000,000,000 Earths. Equivalent to 1.733.323,000,000,000,000 Suns. Surpasses the weight of 1,115,548 Milky Way Galaxies. Conclusion: Steve's strength in Minecraft is mind-boggling, demonstrating capabilities far beyond conventional understanding and surpassing astronomical weights effortlessly. Put some respect on his name
Nothing besides water should count here, because it is not affected by gravity in the game and therefore wouldn’t take much weight to carry. Also, it doesn’t really matter how much he can carry when he still can’t hit with anything stronger than a sword and can barely survive a single tnt exploding.
I feel like this is fairly accurate. Arguments made over characters' strength is moreso an activity in itself, not something to entirely base a character around (usually). This is why I have issues with Marvel/DC Comics, where, even though they do try to tell a story, they often give characters such ridiculous feats, that I kinda get lost in expecting something more on that end, when the story was supposed to be about Superman trying to figure out what happened to Lois Lane when she disappeared one day. It gets depressing. Finding a balance between power and story isn't something writers or developers commonly do, aside from making sure others from the same universe are still lower or higher. When comparing heroes or villains from different franchises, you end up completely throwing out their characters, and making it more like a competition. Characters with more questionable feats just makes it even more of a headache on top of that. Some characters don't even fit, either. Like, Joker. He shouldn't work in most other worlds aside from his own or in worlds with very similar (or similar enough) power systems, because his "Persona Dimension" doesn't _exist_ in those worlds. It's kind of like the Force in Star Wars, where it's an energy or thing that sorta exists everywhere, but in places specifically devoid of things like that, it literally doesn't, or shouldn't, work. Sometimes, though, they do. Like how Star Wars can cross over with other franchises, and yet they still have The Force available, even while not in their own worlds. While you could take this as writers or developers "ignoring the lore", you could actually reverse that thinking, and make it as "they're _expanding_ the lore". If you want an interesting "fight" or comparison between characters, you need a story. That's what gives the characters character. This isn't as much of an issue with anime, comics, shows or whatever inside their own worlds, because they can write it however they want, and/or usually already _know_ what those characters can do. That's what fans crossing over for a fight between two different characters often have issues with. They don't usually think of a reason for their fight aside from potentially similar abilities, personalities, or stories. They get so focused into the characters, that they end up picking them apart and wind up like a bunch of kids who just pulled apart their action figures and can't figure out how to put them back together. Why _would_ Goku come across the Anime-verse to fight with Naruto, Luffy, and Ichigo? A logical step for him, anyway, is to see what kinds of fighters there are outside of his world, and to take notes when going back to his. This can expand to most other fighters, sure, but it makes extra sense for Goku in particular, always wanting to fight and whatnot. What I'm trying to say is, we need to come up with story like writers do. If Mario and Sonic are gonna be in a game together that isn't just a non-canon (or half-canon) Olympics event, then they need something to give them _reason_ to. Maybe Bowser and Eggman make a dimension-hopping machine together somehow? Maybe there's a brand new villain that temporarily binds the worlds together to gain power before destroying all of existence? The same can go for other characters. What if.. Kid Icarus and Fire Emblem crossed over? Maybe Sothis or some other gods know about Palutena, and they have training with each others' troops? Or perhaps Kid Icarus plays a bigger role in a story in Fire Emblem, where Sky World is being threatened by evil forces below, and so a full on war starts? That seems a lot more interesting than Pit and Marth just.. happening to find each other, and having an indescribable urge to fight until the other taps out? It's out of character for most characters to do that. Pit wouldn't just see some swordsman and would want to immediately attack. Marth might be offput by a literal angel descending onto his land, but he wouldn't take it as threateningly as a _demon_ or something. People have reasoning, and these _characters_ are people. I'm sorry if I got on a ramble, but I hope my point got brought across. Whether or not power comes into question, always remember the character's.. character. How would Snake react to Samus' high tech armor? Would Meta Knight bond well with Dark Pit? Would Bayonetta really want to slay Palutena, or would they just have a chit chat every now and again about things? It's not always about who wins a fight. It's about the fun of the adventure. _That's_ the fun we're really searching for.
Speaking about Joker, is not that the persona's abilities doesn't work outside of the metaverse, is just that he DOESN'T KNOW HOW to use his persona outside of the metaverse, thus being 2 different things. In the persona universe, anyone can materialize a persona in real life (as seeing in persona 1, 2, 3, and arena Ultimax) is just stupidly hard. So, no, Joker CAN use his persona abilities in any universe he is, if he knew how to do that, but is not like he would just never be able to use them outside the metaverse. (and funny enough, according to persona 3 he just needs to be in a near death situation for it to work lol)
For the FE characters I think the only one I actually disagree on is Corrin. While her rank is fine, I feel she should really be on the same tier as Ike. She has the same chaos as the rest of the FE cast, surviving massive amounts of bullshit, except she can *turn into a dragon at will*, that should place her at least a tiny bit higher in my books
Personally I disagree with Robin's placement, though he did mention he was prolly lowballing Robin. Spoilers ahead for those who haven't beaten Awakening Robin is the Fell Dragon Grima and even if you count the Future Robin as seperate, MC Robin still uses enough of Grima's power to kill Grima.
Roy is way too low as well. In gameplay he's one of the worst Lords in the series, but the Binding Blade alone puts him above all the other FE characters aside from Ike.
Thank you for the updated fully researched video on all characters including all DLC from Ultimate. Don't care if this isn't 100% accurate, I can see the effort put in and from the many franchises in Smash I am familiar with I can see this is fairly sound reasoning. Have a like!
52:21 hey now, put some respect on Bandana Waddle Dee. He went from just a footsoldier, a lackey, a 1-hit gag boss fight, to someone who can keep up with canonical STRONGEST BEINGS ON THE PLANET, and possibly that side of the galaxy. Sure, he's a basic mook in a hat and he might not be the strongest in the Quartet, but he can still keep up with them, and he's clawing his way into that low A spot despite not having claws at all. Gotta respect his dedication
And he's just a baby. Metaknight is the same species so we can see what kirby *could* look like. He can have wings, hands and higher level of intelligence ie speaking full sentences. Also, between fighters 2 and forgotten land it appears that kirby got a growthspurt. He's just under 3 feet, being the same size of a wheel on a truck.
I’ve honestly always hated that fact. If Kirby was only a few cm tall, that would mean that Adeleine, the cartoonish but human child, is like a foot tall or something.

Disappointed in Alax for getting Yoshi so wrong💀. In Yoshi's Island, after striking the final blow on Raphael the Raven, Yoshi turns him into a constellation...with his ass. Plus, he regularly defeats Bowser, given, often with larger eggs, but he regularly goes toe to toe with the guy who tanked the universe being remade on top of him. Bowser's also able to wipe out dreams, one of the dreams in Mario Party, being an entire universe.
I'll said it before and I'll repeat it, the reason heroes are ranked the same or lower than the villians is because either the heroes win because of numerical advantage on their team of they get lucky with the battlefield.

You still did a great job. There is often ambiguity in this topic, so multiple interpretations of one character can be reasonable.
To clarify the difference, the VS Battle Wiki defines the terms as follows:
Low Multiversal (Kirby) - Characters or objects that can significantly affect, create and/or destroy small multiverses which can be comprised of several separate space-time continuums ranging anywhere from two to a thousand, or equivalents.
PSA that Pyra and Mythra are not literal swords. "Blade" is used almost to describe like a species some of the characters belong to
@@RedLordOfAlagadda Ngl, I feel like this is the stuff that makes people regard the hobby as 100% nonsense. Especially the tone of treating people not doing this stuff as "Making mistakes". It makes the entire hobby unapproachable, and I can loosely guarantee, people's eyes are going to glaze over long before they hit the point of talking about "6-dimensional real coordinate spaces".

Kirby is literally a lovecraftian god of positive energy. That's not even an exaggeration. His inside is a pocket dimension.
There’s also the fact that one of the main series games says that kirby is “a pink blob of infinite power” os something like that

I love how he included the KoF laser deflecting feat, but not the Splatoon one.
i love splatoon and its lore but i can't see inklings being any higher than high D tier. especially considering he isn't talking about ANY of the agents.
Good argument but... can they defeat a bottle of water?

@IdespiseGenZandGenAlpha OH NO KIRBY IS NOW ANGRY! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!
@@TopTierGamerMan People lose their minds saying "Kirby is a god killer" yet no-one cares that Sonic defeated a 4th dimensional god
Here's a thing that pushes Kirby even higher. Kirby is a reincarnation of an eternal multiversal being. He then fights this eternal multiversal being he reincarnated from and wins.
And he does it allll with the power of Friendship
The thing that he is an incarnation of did not stop existing when Kirby was created.
and he is an infant because of said reincarnation

Something's always fascinated me about power scaling. It's pretty clear that most of the insane feats most characters go through are either meant for the story or are just jokes. All of the powers we can use in Uprising are Palutena’s powers that she gives to Pit.
The reason Sakurai made Palutena not survive the laser thing in World of Light was cause he didn’t want to force new players to play a relatively “gimmicky” character or something like that.

After all… it’s hard to fight against something that can manipulate the laws of physics on a local level.
@@RTMP_ of course this is the lower ends of pneuma, because this all happened with just Mythra!
@@FreyjaThAwesome1 Mythra was directly channeling Pneuma’s power and was immediately overwhelmed by it, losing control of herself in the process. I thought the creators of FF7 said Super Nova was an illusory attack which is why it: deals a random mental status, can happen more than once, and is considered less threatening than a simple "really big world destroying meteor"
Manual and info book disproves that and the fighting game also disproves that
Supernova appears to work like summons (since reality crumbling away in Supernaova is similar to how other summons start). In the Crisis Core Complete Guide it's explained that summons takes you to a pocket/alternate dimension where the summon is happening. So Supernova works by taking the foe to a point in time where the attack is happening, not really illusory or something Sephiroth creates himself.

I find one of the biggest flaws about this kind of comparison where "X beat Y, thus X scales directly to Y" is that it's like saying "Rock beats scissors, and scissors beat paper, so rock scales to paper."
Different abilities and different strengths counteract eachother.
Pit won against most of the gods in Uprising because he had the tools able to do so and support from other characters, usually other gods. He didn't beat them because he was inherently stronger, he beat them because he was resourceful and is willing and able to work together with others.

Just only this part
"Sonic is VERY fast, but there's an entire level in colors dedicated to showing he is nowhere near fast enough to escape a black hole, which means he's nowhere close to lightspeed no matter how much he gases himself up."
One: sonic was closer and he was sucked in by the growth of the black hole and not the gravitation pull it's self which sonic resist for 30 seconds enough until the size of the black catch him
Two: it can be just an outlier/anti feat as he did escape/resist gravitation pull from other black holes in games like shuffle and Riders and lost World and even colours itself the DS version of nega wisp armour using violet wisp black hole ability (who can bend time and space) with boost can resist it's gravitation pull

The only reason Sonic didn't escape the black hole was because he was literally running out of ground. He only got sucked in because the black hole absorbed all of the ground in wich he was standing.

Powerscaling is how a lot of people appreciate these characters and have a lot of fun with it.
Sora is universal, and so are many characters in KH. This list is trash
Sora is outer guys
Exactly bro can bench press multiverses but bro put him in the superhuman tier. At worst he should be high A tier at best S tier🤦♂@Powernogrief
Good point
ROB SS+.
And he can still run and jump

Mario + Rabbids kingdom battle the darkmess was also effecting the real world so tqke that for what you will
Mario does have a canon.

How strong is Steve in Minecraft? Let's break down the calculations to understand the incredible feats he can achieve.
Weight Comparisons:
One cubic meter of water weighs 1,000 kilograms (2,205 pounds).
Gold is 19.3 times as dense as water.
A single block of gold (1 m^3) weighs 19,300 kg (42,550 lbs).
An enchanted golden apple, made of 8 gold blocks + 1 red apple, weighs 154,400.2 kg (340,400 lbs).
Steve's Carrying Capacity:
Steve's inventory has 36 slots, each capable of holding 64 enchanted golden apples.
Total enchanted golden apples Steve can carry: 2,304.
Combined weight: 355,737,600 kg (784,267,000 lbs).
Comparisons to Steve's Carrying Capacity:
Equivalent to 200,000 cars.
Netherite Block and Shulker Box Calculations:
One Netherite block weighs 77,200 kg.
One Shulker box filled with Netherite blocks weighs 133,401,600 kg.
Steve can carry 37 Shulker boxes, totaling 4,935,859,200 kg.
Piston and Ender Chest Calculations:
Ender Chests, composed of 8 Obsidians, weigh 7,411,200 kg.
Pistons can push 12 Netherite blocks, equivalent to 926,400 kg.
A Shulker box filled with Ender Chests weighs 12,806,553,600 kg.
Mega and Yottaton Calculations:
The weight of the heaviest block, Piston, is 531,090,430,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Megatons.
Converted to Yottatons: 53,109,043,000,000,000,000 Yottatons.
Shulker boxes filled with Piston blocks: 91,772,427,000,000,000,000,000 Yottatons.
Steve's inventory capacity: 3,395,579,800,000,000,000,000,000 Yottatons.
Final Comparisons:
Steve can lift the weight of 56.858.335,000,000,000,000,000,000 Earths.
Equivalent to 1.733.323,000,000,000,000 Suns.
Surpasses the weight of 1,115,548 Milky Way Galaxies.
Conclusion:
Steve's strength in Minecraft is mind-boggling, demonstrating capabilities far beyond conventional understanding and surpassing astronomical weights effortlessly. Put some respect on his name
Please keep in mind that all of the blocks mentioned (except water) can float in mid-air
Don't forget he kills 2 gods, the ender dragon and the wither
Nothing besides water should count here, because it is not affected by gravity in the game and therefore wouldn’t take much weight to carry. Also, it doesn’t really matter how much he can carry when he still can’t hit with anything stronger than a sword and can barely survive a single tnt exploding.
He literally dies from heights that regular humans have lived from
@hydra8029 All he needs to do is have a puddle of water and he can fall from any height
Looking Cool, Alax
Ha! it's almost scary how good he is
He loves fatty tuna apparently
This video feels like a SILLY little throwback, the topic is on Smash Bros, with characters like Ganon and Monika back!
Finally, Alex Does Powerscaling 2: Multiversal Boogaloo.
This should be fun.
The sheer fact that Bayonetta canonically Bodies almost everyone, Yet is an C tier Character in the Game is nothing short but hilarious to me.
Spoilers ahead for those who haven't beaten Awakening
Robin is the Fell Dragon Grima and even if you count the Future Robin as seperate, MC Robin still uses enough of Grima's power to kill Grima.
Roy is way too low as well. In gameplay he's one of the worst Lords in the series, but the Binding Blade alone puts him above all the other FE characters aside from Ike.
@@SonictheHedgehog1stconsidering the fact of what Roy can do as a f&cking 15 year old, he's pretty impressive
Gotta respect his dedication
the fact that Kirby is canonically 20cm tall and can possess that much power is insane.
@@FierceDeity35I now imagine Kirby saying give me food or I will destroy your planet in a Spanish accent
