I forgot to mention during me explaining the pay, that there are “surges” that occur. In those instances Amazon does pay more if they need to get packages out more quickly, if the weather has been bad and they’re trying to still get packages delivered, etc. However, that isn’t always the case, and often times I’ve noticed that if you are paid more during the surge. Those routes be hell 😅

Literally jus started watching your videos today , was lookin up Amazon flex videos to see how it was and I came across yours , I came upon the video where you said you lost your job, I’m in the same situation my self, I hate 9-5 , I kno my purpose in life, I’m from Los Angeles born raised there, I also live in Dallas now my self , and I’m also a photographer and do videos as well my self , I haven’t been consistent with it lately but I’m gettin back into it cuz it’s my passion, but jus know your life will get better, trust god timing, and never give up when it gets really difficult, I love your videos and you have positive energy, and if your ever down to collab with photography, I’m always down for it , stay bless 🙏🏾
Glad I found your video, I'm in the same situation, i made very good money then got laid off and now I'm flexing, I'm in Dallas and they keep sending me to Ft Worth so there is no profit to be made
New to this and it’s seems like I’m getting dinged for late deliveries that are out of my control. I follow the route EXACTLY but it seems like I’m starting the route already in a deficit that makes on time deliveries impossible.
So, are you saying that you aren’t delivering the packages on time within the block that you’re scheduled? Is it that you have trouble finding the homes/apts? Or maybe that you have too many packages?
Gotcha! Sometimes it’s inevitable though. If I can’t access an apt or home and the customer doesn’t respond to calls/text, I have no choice but to return it.
Let me chime in on this one because let me tell you lol. Okay I just received an email saying the customer did not receive their package. I was like, here we again some old @$&:@ just a different day lol. Plus I missed a block today so my ratings will be taking a drop 😢 but yeah lol

Unfortunately, no. Everything has to work through your phone.

It usually means that you didn't deliver and took them back to the warehouse.. thats why i try to deliver every package no matter what..

Ugh, missing a block sucks! That’s happened to me before. And when Amazon says a customer didn’t receive a package, it pisses me off 😂
