That’s wild I see you can get the DVD on Amazon right now. I’ve talked about the movie for years and no one ever heard of it until I found this online community. Glad you love this film very underrated thanks for watching and commenting.
I have a copy of ghost from McDonalds. Love to find more. And the old cartoon. Got some head and shoulders vhs tapes and one for Colgate. One is hockey fights and one is baseball mess ups.
@@80sMadeConsumer og. Graduation day. Or the original Star Wars before the cgi. and my copy of gymkata. I got a red and black copy of mickey’s blue eyes.
Thank you VHS makes up a small portion of my collection with many in storage. To save room the VHS are alphabetical, but the blu-rays are organized by genre. Are you only collecting VHS?
6:20 Your copy of "Frankie" should probably be redirected to your movies beginning with "L" because the full name of the movie is "The Last Days of Frankie the Fly".
“Tilt” and “Assault and Matrimony” are both available on UA-cam. He doesn’t understand what a lost film is. A lost film means that there are NO KNOWN COPIES THAT EXIST. If you have a VHS tape then it’s not lost.
Drop dead Fred is not rare here in UK. its on tv twice next week and on amazon, youtube, apple tv and amazon prime here. Reason being is Rick Myall was a big comedy star here and only made a couple of movies. He was known for his tv series, the young ones, the new statesman, the comic strip, bottom and appearances in Blackadder
That’s wild to hear Drop Dead Fred is something that I bring up and most people have never heard of it. Because of the vinegar syndrome Blu-ray I’m sure more people are aware of it just a real fun film. Glad it’s popular over there. Thanks for watching 👍
@@80sMadeConsumer that has made me wonder if other hard or impossible to find films are available in different countries. Back in the good old VHS days it took months or sometimes a year for films to come out over here and some never came out at all ( or with a different name to USA release) and by 87/88 they had started to favour only the bigger titles with obscure films being sidelined.
IKR? Back in the day I had over 2000 VHS movies, all organized in my garage like a private BlockBuster video store. Got rid of them when DVD came out (of which I have about 900 now), but when DVD got "planned obsolescence" by Blu-ray I decided to stop collecting, because it never ends and you just keep paying for the same thing over and over.
@@barryguff6893 I did the same thing new thing came out I had to have it sold off all my old stuff and right around 2016 I noticed many movies I once had never made it to blu-ray and a neighbor was throwing out an old crt and vcr getting them cheap and looking great on old tech launched a collection bug currently I have 2500 movies in many different formats always looking for something I haven’t seen yet. Thanks for watching 👍
Tons of people. There are thousands of movies not available on physical media or streaming. The only way to enjoy some of these movies is on VHS. Once upon a time it was crazy to think people still used vinyl records yet they are back in stores, I don’t think vhs will ever make a comeback like that, but they are still out there and they still work.
Last Man Standing is indeed on blu-ray through Shout Factory.
Thanks I just ordered it looking forward to seeing it in HD. 👍
4:59 drop dead fred has been on dvd for quite a while. it’s one of my favorite movies and my step mom had it on dvd long before i even met her in 2018

Always great to find stuff in the wild. A real joy in collecting. Of all your collection what is your prized piece?

Nice collection. I'm up to 1277 vhs. I have them displayed by genre.

What a collection! This is epic! Great video brother.
Thanks a ton my friend, doesn’t even come close to the whole collection though.
Things of beauty 😍📼👈🏻🎥👌🏻 hsve a good weekend mate 👍🏻
Thanks, you too!
Local thrift stores just refuse to sell vhs tapes. Old days of 10 cent tapes are gone
That’s unfortunate. Luckily I have still been able to find them even though they charge a dollar now and just a few years ago 50 cents was the norm.
I have The Addams Family McDonald's retail VHS copy
Awesome! I wish I bought them when they were brand new, but finding them has been pretty cool too.
Gregg Turkington watches....with envy...
😂😂

Good catch that is a recent pick up I haven’t seen yet. Thanks for the feedback 👍
