Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
Yellow and brown cake:
• 3 eggs
• 1 stick softened unsalted butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 3/4 cups flour
Out of this ingredients, you make 2 round cakes
In one cake batter you add 3 tbsp powdered instant Nescafe , so you have one yellow, and one brown cake
Use 11” oiled baking pan
Bake cakes at 375f for 15 minutes
Filling :
• 500 ml hot milk
• 5 yolks
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup cold milk
• 7 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp instant Nescafe
Topping:
Use 5 egg whites to make a foam or top with whipped cream
Make your own paper design to decorate ( optional)
