Ingredients:
Make yellow or chocolate sponge cake
For the yellow sponge cake:
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 pack vanilla sugar ( or 1 tbsp liquid vanilla extract)
• 3 cups flour
17”x12” pan
Bake at 375f for 25-27 minutes
Chocolate butter mixture:
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
• 1 cup chocolate chips
For the chocolate sponge cake:
• 5 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 pack vanilla sugar ( or 1 tbsp liquid vanilla extract)
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 1/2 cups flour
17”x12” pan
Bake at 375 f for 25-27 minutes
Chocolate butter mixture is the same as you make for the yellow sponge cake, just replace chocolate with white chocolate, or use the same exact recipe
