Nice video man. I have been playing outward for many moons. I mostly just hop on to wander around and see what I can find. But recently, I have been thinking about making a character with an actual build haha.
I agree that damage isn't everything in the game, but neither is stagger. Stagger is the most helpful out of the two initially, but you only need a certain amount of stagger to be fine. Once you are able to stagger every enemy from 100% stability to 50% stability in one skill/attack, which you can pretty much do if you have an attack that does 126 impact damage after bonuses (with confusion), investing more into stagger is wasted stats. 126 impact can easily be attained on a damage build using chakram skills, runic trap, fireball or mana push. It's then only a matter of having enough skills in that rotation to enable you to continuously dish out your DPS. It is more important that you have *enough*: -damage -impact OR tankiness (impact resistance, protection, barrier, elemental resistance, counter/ignore-hit skills) -skills/CDR in your rotation if you are reliant on it for damage, impact, or tankiness. -stamina management tools (stamina, stamina cost reduction, or stamina recovery)
thanks one of my favourite builds of any youtuber!

You should max out ethereal next!
Im trying to figure out how ur healing so much, blood leech is just 0.41% (12,3 hp/sec).
I believe it’s the % of the enemy’s health and not a % in general. Since the boss has a large health pool I think he heals for more?
Damage isn't everything in this game. Stagger is😂
