You have to spam to stay alive you have -40% physical resistances.
Ok, so what are your actual breakthroughs? It's hunter, spellblade (but not necessary) and cabal hermit??
@@g00n_t-force30 Hunter, Spellblade, and Cabal Hermit yes.
Thanks! Gonna use it as a baseline for my own impact build with a weapon of my choice, because I'm not a fan of a chakram, but still wanna see bosses on the ground
That's my favorite thing about Outward, you can make any build you want!
This is so busted...
My man is jotaro
I was thinking of going back to outward for a fist playthrought!! Nice guide, i ll try that propably! The only thing that kept me away, and im still thinking about it, its the constant running around! Its (for me) so annoying/boring, especially at mid to endgame! I like to think what will happen if enshrouded didnt have any fast travel. Anyway very good game overall but thats the only "bad" thing about it! Hope Outward 2 has some kind fast travel!
Yeah I totally understand you with wanting a fast travel system. At least the OST is amazing while you are on your journey!
did you uplaod the build anywhere?
@@savvamon I have not, I still need to make an account on the wiki for my builds.
@@camimel6966 i'd decide to make this a mix of sheen's boy scout, by making a high cd build sacrificing hermit for ritualist to add totems, then apply hexes via pistols and the totems and then spam torment and blood bullets
Can't you just get the miasmic tolerence passive from the primal ritualist to get status resistance instead of using those boots?
You definitely can, I just find having the Slayers boots always active better for QoL reasons.
Great build. As some have said, add Pain for even more damage if you need it
I have only completed Sirroco one time. Blue chamber philosopher, warrior monk, hunter chakram build so maybe i can try most of this out.
Bummer, didn't have hunter, I have primal ritualist
Gotta try this one out. Great video and even better build, my guy 🎉
Can I go full slayer armor?
@@ericmitchell1792 yessir you can, only reason I did not was because you can gain around 14% more Dmg increase with the armour im wearing, but losing out on the 14% won’t hurt the build that much!
Will the passive status resist from well rested from the primal ritualist work the same as the status resist from slayer armor for stopping the debut from that end game skill?
@@sirmagnus99 Yes it will but you have to make sure you're always well rested.
Surprised to see Outward video near the end of 2024. Very nice. 'd like to mention the importance of inflicting pain on enemies for any physical damage build. Reducing 25% physical resistance on enemies is actually granting you >25% damage (multiplicatively) for most cases. e.g. your 100 physical damage to an enemy with 60% physical resistance results a 40 damage, but to an enemy with 35% physical resistance (after inflicted pain) it results a 65 damage, which is 62.5% multiplicatively more than before. Generally the higher physical resistance an enemy has, the more benefits you will get from pain. This becomes very important when you fight with end game bosses or caldera enemies. An easy way to inflict pain on enemies I'd like to use is the Perfect Strike skill (pros: only require Discipline boon, which is nearly no cost; cons: it's a tier 3 skill from Warrior Monk). If the build did not choose Warrior Monk skill tree then I'd simply bring a cannon pistol, load it with Shatter Bullet and give the enemy a surprise shot when encountered.
I always forget about debuffs fsr thank you lol.
can you make a page on wiki with this build so we can read more details? would love a progression guide (build wise) included cause some of the items are very late into the run, and early game i struggle vs groups of enemies with fists
Sick build-always have loved it when you can just punch monsters to death in games, and since I was already thinking about putting together a knuckle build for one of my later playthroughs, this will serve as an excellent foundation to build off of. Cheers!
Awesome! Another outward video from you :)
By adding 5x Craze stacks from Crescendo, Killstreak from Scalp Collector, and Gift of Blood we are able to add another 60% damage bonus making our Fists deal 154 damage and around 1085 damage (not including weapon buffs). I also forgot to mention that if you inflict pain the enemy will take 25% extra physical damage as well :}
Hell Yeah outward time😊
Was an awesome stream :) keep going with it. Until next time
@@Hictip007 haha will do, also what was your question about For Honor and an Ice build?
If you ever tried an ice/frost build? And if you will stream for honor too?

Yes it does! Great way to speed run or mess around haha.

Amazing video! Love the ymfah style, keep it up!
Thank you, lost my unique trader bag because of Vendal Fortress on my first blind playthrough and decided to reset. Followed your guide till about halfway, and the game feels much more enjoyable already
Damage isn't everything in this game. Stagger is😂
ua-cam.com/video/N21Dz9OuwKQ/v-deo.htmlsi=McdHymA0eO7OPWgU
Yeah no i run full hex mage hexer and no confuse (impact dets) and i wreck lol you dont NEED impact
I agree that damage isn't everything in the game, but neither is stagger. Stagger is the most helpful out of the two initially, but you only need a certain amount of stagger to be fine. Once you are able to stagger every enemy from 100% stability to 50% stability in one skill/attack, which you can pretty much do if you have an attack that does 126 impact damage after bonuses (with confusion), investing more into stagger is wasted stats. 126 impact can easily be attained on a damage build using chakram skills, runic trap, fireball or mana push. It's then only a matter of having enough skills in that rotation to enable you to continuously dish out your DPS. It is more important that you have *enough*: -damage -impact OR tankiness (impact resistance, protection, barrier, elemental resistance, counter/ignore-hit skills) -skills/CDR in your rotation if you are reliant on it for damage, impact, or tankiness. -stamina management tools (stamina, stamina cost reduction, or stamina recovery)
great video, expecting some more content soon
Cool video!
Huh, it's basically a speedrun of the start of the game, pretty nice. Cool that you know about that free tattered attire, skipped a fishing harpoon though, imo it's more convenient for fighting those hyenas than pickaxe or machete. Can try to check caravanner for some interesting ingredients, scaled leather from him and frost lizard and maybe little horrors is usually a guaranteed scaled satchel which is nice for until you find the second powercoil. Flamethrower with cool boon and iceflame torch(simple torch+iron+cold stone) can be fun early, even cooler with rusty sword as it inflicts elemental vulnerability. I like to "get caught" in vendavel and doing the lil mining and questing sequence and then fight out from there. The horror you're referring to is a Shell Horror, Immaculates are an entirely different thing. Can also bait horror out of corruption to be sure you won't get too irradiated. I think breaking the skull can make something go different for the holy mission quests, idk though. Great route, love it.
yoooo appreciate the content you make for Outward man! happy new year, cheers 🙌
Happy new year!
Problem with frost bullet is you need the cool boon and even with 80% cdr that only gets you down to a 24 sec cooldown. Could probably do shatter bullet, but the reload is tough to pull off in most fights. I was thinking of experimenting with sweep kick to help get a reload and then just using cannon pistol to reapply the confusion.
Not a bad idea at all, this build is just mainly focused on the blood bullet as imo it’s the best pistol akill
Just use potions
😂
so, if you want a 2 handed weapon, i use the Sinner Claymore (legacy chested Prayer Claymore) enchanted with Redemption, that gives you a +20% Lightning dmg buff, and has a 35% buildup of Doomed AND a 25% buildup of elemental vulnerability. the sword itself has 41 physical dmg and a 1.1 speed, but no innate lightning dmg. basically, the enchantment turns the claymore into a sword version of the Scholar’s Staff, as it’s mostly a tool to get buffs for lightning spells since it doesn’t have any lightning dmg on itself, tho it will increase the power of infuse light on the sword. it’s my main weapon for my lightning mage, and it works quite well for her. i opted to use the Spellsword tree instead of Runic magic for my lightning range spell (plus it works for my fire sigil backup plan too). the build i use is Cabal Hermit, Spellsword, and Philosopher, with the skill tree choices respectively being Wind Sigil, Infuse Fire, Elemental Discharge, and Fire Affinity (for those few enemies that are strong against lightning). then i went with Monsoon so i could get all their great elemental buffs and most importantly, infuse light. i did not take the glowing wolf sword, and opted to go with the “best” outcome for that quest, since my build is mostly spell based. Finally, i’m wearing the Red Clansage robe and the White pointed hat, and just any boot with the Flux enchantment. instead if fire affinity, you could also take the Ice Sigil, but then you have the ice stones to carry around too. plus i find that more than 2 sigils, while really powerful, can be really overkill. plus the nice part about the Wind Sigil is the lack of an item to carry in order to use it.
I'm working on a similar build, and I found the Tenebrous Boots, with a Speed and Efficiency enchant, great. %10 mcr, %5 cdr, %7 movespeed, and %10 decay damage. I'm planning on a Chimera, Astral, Obsidian, Smoke, Vigilante pistol setup while casting the Curse hex once the enemy is staggerable. I also can't stand the durability loss of pistols but I suppose the devs at Nine Dot didn't want players to use pistols as a main damage source. To bad they made them so good. Anyways, I've been enjoying your videos a lot, and wanted to say thanks.
Is it the Energized Potion that breaks the 90% cap? Or was the cap implemented after you made this build?
So many buffs. My gun build beaats these with just a elemental res potion

Bro stop with the rolling, no one wants too see the game played super fast while rolling, its pointless
Bruh, the point of this video is a speed run on how to collect samples…. You can do it without the speed Easter egg but your trying to get them as fast as possible.
Pretty sure the rolling is to make the video shorter and less tedious.
you can make a code sonic character too, just turn super speed on in settings
Ohhh i Will do
Nice guide man! Appreciate your effort to make quality content for one of my most favourite games, cheers!
Try this out on harder bosses, this ones easy af
Im trying to figure out how ur healing so much, blood leech is just 0.41% (12,3 hp/sec).
I believe it’s the % of the enemy’s health and not a % in general. Since the boss has a large health pool I think he heals for more?
If you want to be cheeky you could replace mana push with sweep kick which will instantly knockdown anything as long as it has confusion applied.
True! I just have a personal bias towards sweep kick as I will always end up whiffing it haha.
@@camimel6966 yeah you need to get real close to land it.
Nice video man. I have been playing outward for many moons. I mostly just hop on to wander around and see what I can find. But recently, I have been thinking about making a character with an actual build haha.
You should max out ethereal next!
How does protection work? And barrier? I tought it reduced damage by a flat amount.. For example if an enemy does 100 damage and you have 30 protection you take 70 damage . Then if your armor has 50 defence you take 35 damage (50% of 70) . But in this video i do not understand why you take almost 0 damage...
Same no clue did you ever figure it out?
I think your calculation is correct, only the order is a bit off. First the resistance is calculated -> incoming damage 100 - 50% = 50 dmg. Then follows the flat dmg substraction (protection or barrier) -> 50 - 30 = 20 dmg. So in this fight, the lightning damage was already severely reduced through resistance and was smaller than the barrier value. Result: 0 dmg.
@@Boxwood The damage calculation is done in the following order: 1. hexes/sapped/weaken 2. barrier/protection 3. resistances. The projectiles from the Lich and from the Golems deal 20 ethereal damage and 20 lightning damage respectively. The damage is then first reduced by step 1: 20*(1-0.4-0.25)=7. Then the damage is reduced by step 2: 7-33=0 (Note: Barrier cannot reduce the damage below zero). Any elemental resistances in this case doesn't matter. The fact that he has 22 barrier also explains why he doesn't take any damage at the start of the fight when he is hit by the lightning projectiles from the golems.
Fun end game build ,indeed . !!!! I have the same with full mana over powered build put aside in my chest so I can switch from one to another depending on big baboons immunities ;) . I would like to mention that you are using the Technique (and so do I) but I use it always at the beginning of a big fight with a steel saber enchanted with rainbow hex ,then I use Rupture +shield charge with the FabPal Shield , so the enemy is insanely de-buffed from the beginning and will melt like ice under the Sun ... :) Peace !
