    *I have noticed I am in the Parasympathetic , Rest and Digest* . What has helped me, calming myself , Rest and Digest* .
    *It helped where I'm not stressed like I have. I'm more laid back ,which I appreciate . And spending time with Granddaughters,
    who's so much fun to be around with.
    I was in the Sympathetic for many years and believe me, it's no fun .

    THERES WAY MORE TO IT! Mine is firing my nervous system making my body the enemy, its on fire making my BP all over the place, pain bodywide, and HIGH D3 +K2 for ever 10,000 iu's of D3 to help...vitamin C in large doses, omega 3's as well, PLUS B complex and extra B12!

      1. Stop taking all that d3. That’s only the inactive form. The only form that matters is active. I could get more into it but it goes deep. You can find out about what I’m talking about if you do some searching.
      2. Look up Buteyko breathing and co2 therapy. This problem can literally be fixed by introducing more co2 into your system. I’ll get you a good video to get you started with all this, just give me a second.

      You would think that breathing would not fix all this, but boy would you be wrong. I’ve been doing a lot of research on carbon dioxide and I truly believe that, along with medical grade molecular hydrogen, can cure most diseases and ailments out there. The hydrogen isn’t important at this point though. People report getting rid of cfs and tons of other things from simple breathing methods like Buteyko. Of course you should be eating a proper diet as well and drinking very good quality water. If you have any questions, just ask.

      @KickItNaturally my daughters body wont absorb D3 from the sun no matter what shes tried. I'm personally unable to hold vitamin A, I'm taking codliver oil, eating fatty fish, flax, none of it works... I HAVE had sympathetic Dystrophy for years upon years...

      My last comment got deleted. Probably because I had a link in my comments. Just look up Buteyko breathing and mini breath holds. I assure you this will work. Anders Olsson talks a lot about carbon dioxide and what it does. Also the UA-cam channel BE LIGHT TT talks about it as well. You can easily beat this.
