I bought this from a professional photographer about 13 years ago. I have had other camera from Canon and Sony over the years, keep going back to this. I am not a pro, and it does everything I need without being overly complicated. He actually tried to buy it back from me a while back, no dice

It’s an incredibly powerful little camera with plenty of features, I bought the G12 recently and it’s been challenging for a rusty photographer like me, last time I used a professional camera was a film slr when I took a course to learn the basics twenty years ago.

Hello. Greetings from Brazil! I have a mint condition G16. I am going to Japan in a vacation trip on July. I have other newer cameras with resolution, but they are too big. Do you think the G16 is enough as a travel camera for registering this special trip? Thanks and keep on posting nice videos like this one.

love the videos man! regarding the end, i think if you are interested in a camera you can get for relatively cheap that has really good macro and zoom photos, i would recommend the fujifilm finepix hs20exr/hs30exr/hs10, all great cameras

im looking at a g10 to buy, the only one that i found its at 230usd here, but if no one buys it before i´ll buy it by selling my battery (the instrument). so sad that cameras are so expensive here but i have no choise, 230usd is ``cheap´´ for a camera
