Bought the Beauty Blend, nueral nextar and tremella yesterday and super excited! I use a lot of mushrooms/herb adaptogens, but now adding in schisandra to my regimen. I have ised it in other forms and blend, but not for that. I got the Beauty Blend because it has it and other ingredients I like.

Such an informative video. I’ve just received my Schisandra tincture. Wondering what else is good to add for possibly also clearing internal damp which hasn’t yet reached my lungs, but think it has my stomach and liver.
I’ve only just recently started to have this damp since having a counselling as I wanted to clear by addressing some stored emotions but at some point before the end of my allocated sessions I must have opened ‘Pandora’s box’ and not closed off well so no me my body is likely stagnant and damp.

I do 1 dry fast a week, does taking it 6 days a week ok to reach 100 days or have to be in row ?

Hey T, yes it can. It has defintely been shown to help in that area. It has the benefit of being a kidney yin tonic which helps support the adrenals, along with the many other benefits Mason describes.

Hey there, in the context of health optimisation and the Daoist tradition, tonic herbs are not directly used to treat individual symptoms, instead to create harmony and strength within the system as a whole.
We do not test our herbs for the levels of vitamins or minerals so we cannot speak to the amount of iron that you would obtain using Schizandra therapeutically.
We always recommend working with a holistic health care practitioner when possible, and suggest this would be the best option if you are dealing with a condition such as anemia
