"Small" minds don't think anything exists outside of their view, which is narrow and limited and anything you are doing outside of this view will not be validated.

I was trying to point out about diet. Especially when someone is under stress. But a bad diet is bad for anyone. These days our diets are so bad and loaded with carbs, sugar, a lack of nutrition and detrimental chemicals that psychological challenges become amplified. Add to that other things like disrupted sleep. Affects of improper light etc. Understanding these thingd have really helped me and should help everyone. Mind body and soul all function togethet.

Thank you for bringing this back around. I agree. A healthier diet can contribute to things like depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking, etc. Not specifically related to this topic but it is specifically related to mood changes, lack of motivation, etc. And most of the unhealthy eating among Americans is at Starbucks or at other fast food places. It certainly does have a major impact on mood and the brain.

She knows this subject which is inflicting many. It's often misdiagnosed as a mental condition in the one being abused.

Great live Tamara( unfortunately i was unable to catch it) Most of my family had fixed mindsets>>they believed that life was always a struggle and always complained about never having enough money even though they never went out there to improve their situation>>having a seething resentment for those who had more ambition>> then if you were a threat to their own insecurities they would try and bring you down a peg or two(With being brought up around so much negativity from a young age) Now i understand why i had so many issues around my self esteem& worth for a lot of my adult life until i worked on myself>> Thanks for bringing so much awareness to these often unspoken family issues&topics 👍

You're welcome and thank you! 💖
Sounds like you are for sure processing your personal experiences over the years and that's a great place to start for many of us. As you saw in my discussion tonight on growth mindset, personal awareness and fully understanding what happened to you is the first step toward moving forward.

22:41 made it. Hi everybody. ☺️🤙🏻💯49:22 that opened my mind up up what that was all about. Mistaken beliefs. Polarized thinking, a fixed mindset, hurts others n maybe we don’t realize it. 😬🙏💯🧠

🤩Hi Ta'mara. I'm so happy to watch your channel again. Having a negative mindset sounds like the way my dysfunctional family was. They're slowly improving, the ones that haven't passed. They've never completely stopped me from succeeding, but have come close many times. Peace✌️, 👀 see you soon on the next one, love, Miss Janine🌴🧸💯🆒️💙🌌💜💅

wow. this is one of the best lives i’ve seen of yours. the story about your mom inspires me every time you tell it because i also had to remove my child’s father from our home due to drug and alcohol use and he hit me one time and he had to go. and let me tell you being a single mom is HARD. it is not for the faint of heart if you do it ethically and with compassion.

You are right, it is HARD. But I admire any true momma who says enough is enough...leave. So selfless and I'm sure your babies will thank you as I did with my mom. There's a true courage behind this pivotal move.

In my experience with that, the sooner the better. Meaning, if we merely block and avoid, ignore and disregard, rather than cave acquiesce, we can free ourselves, place blame where it goes, and create breathing room. ❤
