    Thank you for posting. I don't plant a ton of okra so get a limited amount. This is great info to help me enjoy it.

    Rewatched the video. It is really great. ❤. So this would have the same effect as the water bath? Can this be last for months? Does it need to stay refrigirated.

    Could you tell us what variety of okra you are growing? My plants are about 3-4 ft tall. Yours appear much shorter. Thanks

      The ones in this video i'm actually not sure. I had saved a few pods from my families heirloom plants and just been saving the same seeds for years. I'm assuming theyre some type of Clemson. This year we mixed a bit of the original and then a new kind called Stewart zeebest that can get pretty big without being too woody

    I bought some pickled okra at the farmers market. They are too salty to eat. I have to soak them before I can eat them. Ive used the brine to make othher pickles.
