When I add stabilisation my screen distorts and gets black edges, the orientation totally goes and goes the shape of a squeezed bean bag? Gyrodata is loaded but it’s as if the camera screen isn’t fixed position? How do I sort this? Hope I explained that well enough! Thanks
Quick question I know you showed in a previous video your drone settings but how do you get that hover point so consistent, struggling a bit.... any setting that can help?
honestly the biggest thing would just be adjusting that curve and then practicing, ill sit in my livingroom with 6-7 pack of batteries and just work on being able to get my drone to hover and being comfortable and getting a feel for the controller and settings. I wish i had something better to tell you but if youve adjusted the quad settings then it comes down to practice
Hi, how are you? I wanted to ask you a question. I have a DJI Avata 2, and I’m filming with this configuration: • Stabilization deactivated (RockSteady and HorizonSteady turned off) • Wide Angle Other than that, I always film in Normal or Sport Mode. Brightness, ISO, and all those characteristics I leave on automatic. But when I import the video into Gyroflow, it always tells me that it can’t find the “Lens Profile.” (This happens to me both in the app and on the MacBook. I have already updated the Gyroflow app on both, but it still does the same thing. What can I do?)
Hi, I have a question. I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I'm not a professional, but I really like editing and recording videos (especially real estate videos). I want to use Gyroflow to stabilize some shots because even though I use a stabilizer (Hohem), I feel that in long shots, the walking is noticeable, and in the orbit-type shots, some movement is noticeable. How can I record the gyroscope movement? Because the iPhone doesn't give me the necessary data. I have an Insta360 X3 camera, does it help? In this case, would I need to set the same number of frames on both and the same resolution? But is there any issue when switching lenses on the iPhone (from normal to wide-angle)?
Wow I was pretty nervous on if this was gonna be a really complex process to edit my fpv footage as I'm just about to receive my first quad in about 6 days from now... but you made it so easy and friendly! Thank you so much, now I'm really looking forward to use this program to improve my videos... of course as soon as my fpv flights are good enough to use this program to improve the footage hahaha 😂 I hope its not too long though but we'll see
Hey Jonny, I have a question to your fly through video of the Shoe Store. I was wondering, how you kept your height, after flying over a shelf or any kind of elevated surface, because every time I fly over one, my drone drops a little bit...
Im using avata 2, NO EIS and Wide FOV, i want to stabilize with gyroflow and i have turned off the EIS and the FOV to wide, but i got this red highlight and my stabilization becomes very weird, would you know why?
Good advice at the end. My gyroflow just hyper zooms and becomes useless. So I’m trying different flying styles. You’re pretty lucky that hyper zoom doesn’t happen to you.
Great, soft, subtile lighting of yourself! Many photographers should learn from your 2 or 3 light setup..
thank you for explaining how the software works also in layers so whenever you add you loose quality! thanks for the information
Love your videos mate don't stop❤
Thanks so much! I dont plan on it!
great video, super usefull. It would be great also to have a small tutorial about the export section.
Hi ! Question about performance : what do you have as processor in your macbook, and how long does it take to stabilize 1 video ?
Why the untrimmed part of the video is black when exported? So the lengths of video is not cutted out
It should cut away the not activated part
Thanks for that excellent video Jonny. Were you shooting 4:3 or 16:9. Cheers from Perth in Western Australia!
In this video i was doing 16:9 since the 03 air unit can only record 4k in that format but for my avata 2 and anything else I can i record in 4:3
@ thanks - appreciate you responding

How your screen looks at 9:35 is what I’m getting but it moves all over the place ***
Sorry to keep hassling you watching your video it’s like my field of view may be too wide and the fixed centre point
so if your FOV in gyroflow is anything other than 1.0 or below that you will get that bean bag effect

Can you please make a tutorial on how to add motion blur. Haven't found one that's good yet.

can you do a tutorial for mobile devices?

Hmm thats odd, I wonder if you have air mode on your drone or a setting in betaflight that would be causing this.
@@JonnyTrego I turned permanent Airmode off and calibrated a button on my RC for it so i don’t know whats causing this
Thanks, it was really helpful.
BIG thanks J,excellent!!

Move and drag until it turns green
Do you always use 100% lens correction strength?
Yes i do!
Thanks brother
Awesome, thx for this tutotial!
Glad you liked it!

go to Advanced (on bottom right) and reset all settings to default, that will fix it
oh no way thats wild! ive never seen it do that!
Just reset all settings to defaults, it's in Advanced on bottom right
@@AdrianEddypreciate that.
