Absolutely loved this one. What an experience it would have been seeing all the balloons lift off just metres from your tent. I really got a sense I was there in that place and mesmerised by the scenery. But I also feel like you, I'd feel out of place in such a touristy area. I appreciate you showing the other side of tourism and how it impacts the area too.
Thanks Bella! It was an incredible view. It is due to our mode of travel that these places also feel surreal. At least 95% of the time we are in very normal places, so while hotspots obviously have their attraction, they also have a very different vibe on so many levels.
