Hi, Esteban. It is unlikely. In theory, if they noticed, for example, higher battery consumption, you would say that you drove more uphill. Maybe delete "Trip" from the display so it's not bigger than "Odo" just to be safe 🙂

Hello. Unfortunately, there is sometimes a problem with removing the crank the first time. You need to use a quality tool and a lot of force. Ideally, try it with two people, so that one holds the ebike and the other releases the crank. I wouldn't be afraid to visit a bike shop if it doesn't work.

I've had nothing but trouble with mine, installed fine and the app detected the speedbox.. It asked to set a password I started but clicked the back button as I wanted to set a password I'd remember better, I never confirmed password just used the back function but now it just says connecting connecting but never actually connects.. If I can't sort it soon I'm returning and buying a levoscript because this just feels like a pain..
Hi. Your problem is probably not related to the application. The application sends the PIN to the chip only after confirming the service password. Interruption of the PIN entry process does not affect functionality. Try a factory reset. If factory reset on the app doesn't work, try uninstalling/reinstalling the app. If this doesn't work, uninstall the chip and ride the e-bike for a few kilometers. This completely resets the chip and the app.
@@SpeedBoxTuning Thank you we have finally got it working correctly, we took out the charging plug and that resets the battery and system.. When we turned on the bike it connected perfectly and really quickly, we didn't reinstall the app or anything so it could have just been the bike! We updated the firmware just before installing speedbox because I had a battery error earlier in the week and the bike kept turning itself off after a few minutes then I got a red line on the display.. 'm probably going to use it without the app or run the specialized app mission control to hide it because the police are doing a big clamp down on modified E-bikes in the UK and if they catch you with illegal mods they will have the bike crushed!! 😡 My levo turbo alloy with all the upgrades comes in around 9k so I have absolutely no wish to see it crushed, there talking about adding insurance and number plates world's gone mad 😔
@@SpeedBoxTuning I saw a video on UA-cam of police in London pulling over a food delivery guy and it was kind of brutal, I thought he'd robbed a bank or something because the police were screaming hand off the handlebars get off the bike don't touch anything get on the floor! 😭 Not sure if it's possible but maybe the ability to change the on code so you could set activation code as walk button 2 times then - once or the walk button 3 times. I think it would make it almost impossible for them to get the code correct unless left as default!

August 2023 Very disappointed. Just got the latest speedbox for my 22 turbo levo Comp When works it takes the speed restriction off. The problem is that on a 15 minute ride It disconnected multiple times and every time it did your bike goes back to stock. App keeps looking for the device and fails to find it. I don't really wanna be turning by off/on or restarting phone mid ride. And then when it finds it it takes forever to connect or it takes multiple tries. This device was not cheap. 0 stars

The e-bike frame can sometimes cause the Bluetooth signal to be shielded. Please try to remove the motor cover and change the orientation of the chip - pull it out a little lower or turn it 180°. MTBs don't really need to destrict . you will never be able to maintain a consistent up hill speed of 25kph and downhill doesn't matter because one rarely needs the assistance from the motor .

Use a puller and it will come off easy.

4:44 If you have the older bar TCU, does the speed modes still apply, if so how can you tell what is set? Or is it just the maximum with this TCU
