I have been having that problem lately where I wake up every 1-2 hours during the night, really bad. I watched a couple of your videos last night before bed and then put my earbuds in and started this video and went to bed. I finally got a good solid 8 hour uninterrupted sleep. I used to put earbuds in but be carful. I got chronic tinnitus from listening to too much asmr with headphones. Now i dont sleep hardly any night due to the condition and asmr caused the bloody thing.
