Obviously if you use other methods the price comes down but that's insanity.
As a former whale I agree with you. It's a good thing that I had a expendable resource to use that allowed me to get it, otherwise it wouldn't have been possible. It's only insanity if a person puts themselves in a hurtful position to acquire the Schill that's beyond their normal resources. Sadly, this is a thing. It's not insanity if one has the expendable resources to get the Schill. I'm not condoning WG's pricing tactics but as you are aware, this is the normal in the gaming world these days. Companies do not set limits to how far they will go to make a big buck for themselves, and their shareholders in this particular realm of entertainment.
I think that for doing something that is for veteran they just should have given us some "discount" on this ship research so that we would have received this ship for free

Each 1% is listed. 30 days prem, 50 promotion orders, 4mil silver, 50k gxp. It looks like it tracks all the way to completion but you need some combination of all of that to get 100%. On elite xp to gxp its $670 for 5mil gxp at the current conversion rate. I havent check out the res but i doubt its better

I still believe that tirpitz can still kill the schill. Yes, tirpitz can't over match, but you can't either. If the guy knows what he's doing, he'll switch to HE if schill is bow tanking. Both have torps and secondaries, while tirpitz has the health. If the tirpitz player is playing like a knob, then yeah, but i still feel tirpitz overall has a very slight advantage. Sorry correction to my previous post. LC is the mount, but the C in any german naval gun designation is the design/construction date. In this case as they are Scharnhorst-class guns they are 283 mm/54.5 SK C/34 Drh LC/34 both mount and guns were designed in 1934. Hopefully thats alot more clearer.

I’ve been playing since launch. All the commanders I play with are maxed out so I had 7200 POs stacked up. Thank you WG! I actually like the ship. You said it right, literally a Graf Spee on steroids. I can’t complain. The free tier 5 was the cherry on top.
As a captain that loves German cruisers like Siegfried and Agir, was excited for this ship. But that cost is crazy. Hoping it comes to the regualar store at some point 😢
I love mine! Used mostly premium days to purchase it. Noticed it draws quite a bit of hate so I made a troll Will to Rebuild loadout for it and giggled and chuckled as people struggled to get that last bit of damage on me while my teammates usually won the game, lol.
I just landed this ship a few hours ago and got a 6-pack Kraken in just my second game in the damn thing...without firing any torpedos. Spartan is 1000% correct about the Schill, but should have devoted time to examining the ship's cost, because this particular video is missing that insight which a CC should try to provide in order to balance the entire presentation with some much-needed realism.... So how did I get the Schill in the Crafting Station?? Well, I only used my available Premium Days to get it... Yes, I had a lot of Premium Days. I'm not sure what is more disturbing, the amount of Premium Days I used to get the Schill OR the amount of Premium Days that I still have left, but I digress. let's not judge Moony about those Premium Days. I may have slightly whaled a wee-but between '20 & '22...i blame the Pandemic. The crate that you get in this unique promotion landed me a Tier V Makarov which is also a very good cruiser as well. I still enjoy playing Tier V so that was a bonus. The Schill is good. It's really, really good. It's really, really, really fun to play. But it's quite expensive...so even my comments must contain some caution.... I really don't think it'll get a nerf because there may not be a lot of players who will be able to get the Schill, as it will require a very, very healthy amount of resources to acquire it in the first place, thus I don't foresee a lot of players out there willing to spend that level of resources...there are too many other distractions to consider such as ship upgrades, Bureau projects, purchasing Bureau Projects, unlocking tech tree ships, and that current 70% off coupon. I see the Schill being kinda like the Lenin, Lion, or Yoshino...you'll see them out there but it won't be a common thing, hence not enough to cause a massive outrage of panic like the Weimar fiasco of 2021. But if you the reader have the resources....you may want to consider it and ya may not. For example, I absolutely murdered a broadside Amalfi & Baltimore back-to-back, courtesy of that Reload Booster...this thing will wreck cruisers and destroyers like the Undertaker wrecked the WWE. And it absolutely can give battleships problems... Am I shilling for the Schill? Only if you have THAT level of resource, otherwise I'd use that 70% off coupon and get something else. A few Tier 7 cruisers that I would recommend for that coupon would be the Hampshire, Pyotr Bagration, Plymouth and the Drippe.
Exactly the same scenario with me. All the crates I’ve bought they tend to give me mostly premium. I had over 4,000 now I have over 1,000. If they had a gifting feature I would give it to people who need it. No one needs more than a month’s worth lol
I love how everyone on here is complaining about the price lol. This ship is meant as a final reward for dumping massive amounts of stored up resources. It is not meant for the casual player. There's been many players complaining for a long time about not having a way to get rid of excessive premium days, silver, gxp, promotion orders, etc, and this is the solution for that problem, and you get a few goodies if you do. If you cannot afford Schill, it's because it's not meant for you. And this is only the first iteration of the Crafting Station. If and when it returns it might be different. So don't worry about completing it. Just use up whatever resources you want to get rid of and enjoy whatever that may unlock.
Well my problem is Insignia and commander xp aren't included. I am sitting on so much of both of those and I can't even use them so it doesn't even work for what it is intended not to mention the fact that it is a horrible buy even if you have the resources because the conversion rate is absolutely atrocious. You spend roughly 600 to 700 dollars worth of resources for like 100 dollars worth of rewards. If I am gonna throw away money like that I should be getting 10 tier 7 ships at a minimum. 1 being Schill other 9 being from a tier 7 crate. Spin it however you want but it is a Scam and nothing more.

I have given away all of my 3700+ promotion orders that i had accumulated for god knows how long and I've been playing since April of 2019 then I've given away over 500 premium days now I'm down to 39 days plus around 50k of global xp but if not for the super V crate and got a duplicate Duca then i wouldn't had got the boat but when it comes of the most expensive ship in the game of all time then this takes the cake and there were people that whaled the Borodino on day 1 which is 200 bucks and i only need 70 because i have enough free drachmas to compensate. This is definitely the most expensive update...EVER!!!...and did a vid on the crafting station in my channel.
Whatever happened to just putting premiums in the shop for a normal price? I am not blowing hundreds of dollars worth of resources for a tier 7 that should only cost 60 at most and will likely come back in a crate at some point. These lame cash grabs are getting ridiculous.
Love your vids, but I don´t get why are you so enthusiastic about that ship? In that one round some of the enemys played some real potatoes and were easy taken off the board (mostly with torps), imo.

In over 5 years of videos I have never included prices of any ships as that is not the intent of the video nor is it to sell anything for WG.. Over 290 videos in my MEET THE SHIP playlist and the format has been the same. Give all the stats and then showcase the strengths and weaknesses of the ship to the best of my ability.. All this to give the consumer all the information they need to decide if it is something they are interested in. I've never said to buy anything or not buy anything. I simply show them off and let viewers decide for themselves.

This ship looks fun, I got lucky with getting this ship with using only premium days and some promotion orders. I had almost 2,200 premium days from a glitch in the game a year ago and plenty of promotion orders with mostly maxed commanders that matter P.S. the glitch I’m referring to happened at the time servers reset and I was able to redeem a crate and premium day free bundle infinitely for about 10 minutes before it stopped allowing it. it took me 1,900 of those premium days and around 200 promo orders to get it

I think schill is good in the right hands but if you have a cruiser that can shoot over 18km you can beat this ship by sniping out at a range

I'm not sure what is more disturbing, the amount of Premium Days I used to get the Schill OR the amount of Premium Days that I still have left, but I digress.
let's not judge Moony about those Premium Days. I may have slightly whaled a wee-but between '20 & '22...i blame the Pandemic.
The crate that you get in this unique promotion landed me a Tier V Makarov which is also a very good cruiser as well. I still enjoy playing Tier V so that was a bonus.
The Schill is good.
It's really, really good.
It's really, really, really fun to play.
But it's quite expensive...so even my comments must contain some caution....
I really don't think it'll get a nerf because there may not be a lot of players who will be able to get the Schill, as it will require a very, very healthy amount of resources to acquire it in the first place, thus I don't foresee a lot of players out there willing to spend that level of resources...there are too many other distractions to consider such as ship upgrades, Bureau projects, purchasing Bureau Projects, unlocking tech tree ships, and that current 70% off coupon.
I see the Schill being kinda like the Lenin, Lion, or Yoshino...you'll see them out there but it won't be a common thing, hence not enough to cause a massive outrage of panic like the Weimar fiasco of 2021.
But if you the reader have the resources....you may want to consider it and ya may not.
For example, I absolutely murdered a broadside Amalfi & Baltimore back-to-back, courtesy of that Reload Booster...this thing will wreck cruisers and destroyers like the Undertaker wrecked the WWE.
And it absolutely can give battleships problems...
Am I shilling for the Schill? Only if you have THAT level of resource, otherwise I'd use that 70% off coupon and get something else.
A few Tier 7 cruisers that I would recommend for that coupon would be the Hampshire, Pyotr Bagration, Plymouth and the Drippe.
Exactly the same scenario with me. All the crates I’ve bought they tend to give me mostly premium. I had over 4,000 now I have over 1,000. If they had a gifting feature I would give it to people who need it. No one needs more than a month’s worth lol
I love how everyone on here is complaining about the price lol. This ship is meant as a final reward for dumping massive amounts of stored up resources. It is not meant for the casual player. There's been many players complaining for a long time about not having a way to get rid of excessive premium days, silver, gxp, promotion orders, etc, and this is the solution for that problem, and you get a few goodies if you do. If you cannot afford Schill, it's because it's not meant for you. And this is only the first iteration of the Crafting Station. If and when it returns it might be different. So don't worry about completing it. Just use up whatever resources you want to get rid of and enjoy whatever that may unlock.
Well my problem is Insignia and commander xp aren't included. I am sitting on so much of both of those and I can't even use them so it doesn't even work for what it is intended not to mention the fact that it is a horrible buy even if you have the resources because the conversion rate is absolutely atrocious. You spend roughly 600 to 700 dollars worth of resources for like 100 dollars worth of rewards. If I am gonna throw away money like that I should be getting 10 tier 7 ships at a minimum. 1 being Schill other 9 being from a tier 7 crate. Spin it however you want but it is a Scam and nothing more.

I have given away all of my 3700+ promotion orders that i had accumulated for god knows how long and I've been playing since April of 2019 then I've given away over 500 premium days now I'm down to 39 days plus around 50k of global xp but if not for the super V crate and got a duplicate Duca then i wouldn't had got the boat but when it comes of the most expensive ship in the game of all time then this takes the cake and there were people that whaled the Borodino on day 1 which is 200 bucks and i only need 70 because i have enough free drachmas to compensate. This is definitely the most expensive update...EVER!!!...and did a vid on the crafting station in my channel.

Whatever happened to just putting premiums in the shop for a normal price? I am not blowing hundreds of dollars worth of resources for a tier 7 that should only cost 60 at most and will likely come back in a crate at some point. These lame cash grabs are getting ridiculous.
Love your vids, but I don´t get why are you so enthusiastic about that ship? In that one round some of the enemys played some real potatoes and were easy taken off the board (mostly with torps), imo.

This ship looks fun, I got lucky with getting this ship with using only premium days and some promotion orders. I had almost 2,200 premium days from a glitch in the game a year ago and plenty of promotion orders with mostly maxed commanders that matter
P.S. the glitch I’m referring to happened at the time servers reset and I was able to redeem a crate and premium day free bundle infinitely for about 10 minutes before it stopped allowing it. it took me 1,900 of those premium days and around 200 promo orders to get it
It took me 3,000 Premium Days to get it. Now at least my Premium Days don't look as obscene.
