An additional point on Greymon X- a big part of the reason it was hit is that people were using it in Shine (RiseGreymon is 2-colored with Greymon in name). English players often miss this because it got hit before ShineGrey peaked here.
Tried some playtests with greymon x antibody at 3 to 4 to see how it would fare with bt 16 meta, and it would probably make Wargreymon into a tier 1 deck alone with how easy it is to reach big numbers and raid into stuff. The deck can still also consistently get out two tower stacks in a game, and make it a nightmare for your opponent to figure out how to get around or remove them when they have protections piled up in sources. Which is one reason it banned in the first place anyway That said, Greymon X antibody could probably get bumped up to two copies per deck, and make the wargrey deck feel like it would be at least a bit more consistent and a locals run deck than being more or less abandoned like it is currently.
The only protection you can pile up is by using Alterous Mode, which means deck space has to be dedicated to it along with X Antibodies. I think that’s a fair trade off especially when you have decks like Mirage with Zudo that can pinpoint strip now. Protection was a poor argument on Bandai’s part about why that card was hit. I think the protection on BT11 Greymon X is extremely fair, since if you don’t have another X Antibody then no protection for you. - Varni
Short answer: lmfao no on all accounts Other answer: You guys are utterly insane, but I respect the controversy clicks. Only discussion should be had is putting more shit on the list, not removing it
I can say for anubis. It would need an errata. Because the issue with anubis is the interactions it can have with cards like Merva and any other potential cards like it going forward.
Bt-11 Greymon X has been locked up long enough on false charges and public persecution. He deserves to be free from incarceration just like how they freed homeboy stratos.

I remember telling Dan & Mike that, and they told me I was dumb 🥲

@@digiguardunited That was one of the most cringe parts of the podcast ive ever listened to man Mike got so mad 😂
@@McChookterI think Varni was mad first 👀🫣
@@DGU_Mike I just remember it devolving into everyone being really mad and getting quite personal. It was hard to listen to but it had to be done 😂
@@McChookter yeah that sounds about right 😂

Never bring back x cuz you know they are always gonna keep making new agumon stuff and new greymon stuff especially with the shine and bwg

I mean realistically, cards like Greymon X can definitely come off the ban list, and X4 & Scatter Mode deserve a look.
- Varni
Y'all definitely need to not justify removing cards with cards that should never have been printed lol.
Well, they were printed so 🤷🏾♂️

For eyesmon. Biggest issue is we are now getting a 2nd set of eyesmon in ex7. . . so scatter mode gets kind of disgusting
I say unban and unrestrict all cards and see where the meta falls.

Cackling 🤣

Guy on the left needs a tissue and to speak more coherently. Enjoy the content, though
YESSSSSS 👏🏼 Give me Anubis at 4 or give me my Eyesmon package back. I wouldn’t be opposed to getting X4 back at 4 either tho. 😊
