This video shows why I saw Rush 18 times ! Keep the live Rush coming. Try the song Natural Science from the Molsen Amphitheater concert next. Or the song Xanadu from the Exit Stage Left concert.
i was at the amplitheatre concert, they played the whole thing of 2112, and all the fans fresked out because they never played the whole thing in concert before. just epic
Love your reaction channel!! ❤ This live show is from Rush concert tour Grace Under Pressure tour in 1984. This was my first Rush concert in Portland Maine in 1984. Thank you for the reactions.
Neil wrote The Spirit Of Radio as a tribute to local radio station CFNY, to which he'd often listen on his morning commute, and as a commentary on how the radio industry was becoming increasingly commercialized. The multiple change-ups were meant to represent listening to the radio in the days before auto-tune, when you could hear multiple genres of music just by turning a knob, and the opening guitar riff was meant to represent the static between stations. Great reaction; looking forward to seeing where you go next! 🎤 🎹 🎸 📻 🔥 🔥 🔥
One of the greatest bands ever! Three dudes creating this music is amazing! They could compete with any band out there. I have all of them in my top 5 for their instruments. They could do it all. LEGENDS!!!!
I have loved these guys since Moving Pictures and I always appreciate seeing genuine reactions from someone I never expected would give Rush the time of day. Thank you!
Great reaction - you should check out: Rush: By-Tor & The Snow Dog (Lyrics) Don't watch the live version, because they cut half the song. The song is about the producer's two dogs: a German Shepherd nicknamed By-tor (biter) and a poodle nicknamed Snowdog - the song is about the two dogs playing in the snow. You can hear a representation of the Shepherd growling and the poodle yipping - it is hilarious. Neil Peart created an entirely new mythology with the lyrics of this song. ua-cam.com/video/a1vlx2a_aDE/v-deo.html
Do Genesis, Cinema Show, In the Cage, (medley), Old Medley, or Home by the Sea, 2nd Home by the Sea and you will get me back. 😷 Now having said that, Rush is my band of bands. To stay, and not stray, cat 😎 (Not… Stray Cats), Natural Science, and The Camera Eye. I saw what you have already done with Rush, so here are two more. You’re gonna get lots of 2112 requests, I say do “Available Light” from presto, and their swan song for many from Clockwork Angels, “The Garden”, last song on that album, also their last… And… I saw the other songs you have already done so another song with banger music would be, oh, Red Barchetta, (I want to stay now in what I would call their classic years, up to Power Windows), ok how about YYZ, every reactor does it, their second best instrumental to the incomparable “La Villa Strangiatto” which you have already reacted to…
Grest show!😊
All fans of Rush knows that you not clap the music with hands but with the fingers in this music
Clapping on cue, like a real fan!
Love your reaction! All the change ups in the music represented the different music channels on the radio.
They are Amazing 🔥🔥🔥
Rush was also the band that made me realize how important the bass guitar is! Geddy is an incredible musician!
DUDE, I don't think many artists can even play Geddy's bass lines. He's a damn legend!!!!
Geddy Lee and Steve Harris of Iron Maiden were the 2 that made me love the bass.
Glittering prizes and endless compromises shatters the illusion of integrity.
Bad ass guys!
