    You deserve so many more views. This is by far the most efficient, easy to follow and understand way I’ve ever been shown a beginner work out.
    You talk about the exercise, what it’s for, how to do it, show it and have a timer. Amazing ❤

    New to the rings, this was a great challenge, thanks! Looking forward to advancing to the intermediate workout, although it may take a few attempts!

      Appreciate the support, yes no rush moving on. Make sure you become confident with this first then move onto the intermediate version 💪🏼
