I had a feeling this place would be good. It wasn’t good. It was bloody great!! Someone been in there and has trashed a lot of it. I don’t remember it being so messy. Like someone said, even the ladders on the stairs are gone now! Such a shame. But it’s now owned again. Maybe they will love the house and tastefully renovate it back to former glory. I hope so! Whoever buys or has bought this house will get a gem. It was huge, lost count of how many bedrooms. That well is so deep. We all do it if we see a deep hole, we all throw stoned down to see how deep it is lol. Great explore Alex thank you xxx

Hi Alex, wow that house is so old, I think what they do is bring in house clearance guys who sort through then sell stuff off individually so the children etc get some money out of the estate. Thanks for sharing, much love. xx 🥰

It is a beautiful house in a really nice location! Unfortunately certain people want to steal and vandalise these places! The neighbours are aware and are monitoring 24/7.

That well is something of a unique selling proposition (USP) . Shame you didn't allow enough time to really explore all the crazy stuff & nooks & crannies. Impressed
That must have been a beautiful home once. It seemed to have lovely furniture, wallpaper and the little panels and door handles. That well was freaking me out. I kept saying move a way from it!

A bit late to the party, it was like piccadilly circus on this one, even my mother went!! Sold on the 20th for just over 1.5 million. lucky person who bought it.

I have seen many videos from this place and it is totally haunted! Very!!! There are some very cool thing's there though. I just started watching so I will be listening for what the voices and sounds! BRB....
Wow there are a lot of things missing. There used to be much more! I hope the people that owned that place took it and not a bunch of thieves! Some people really discust me! If it was thieves I hope they took something home with them! You know, something scary!!!! Were you using something different to film with because I watch you with earbuds in and the sound isn't really good on this vid. A lot of stuff is gone!

The Bearded Explorer visited this house 3 or 4 months ago check out his video. A lot of things have been taken from this house between his visit and yours. The first thing I noticed that had gone was the boars head in the entrance room and other various hunting trophies. There were some fantastic things in his video but now have sadly disappeared.
I have been told that the place has been ransacked, and yeah I have checked the bearded explorers video out, it's a real shame what some people want to do to these places. Thanks Mick

On other videos it was a Packed Horder House, and was for sale.
Where you end off, as in where you began, that building surrounding the well (once outside ¿?), looks like a Cruck Barn construction, if real, in itself ancient.
Theres a singular Crick Barn build, original, to be found at Holymoorside, very rare today, so HOW old is this house I wonder.....

The bottom of wells are a good place to check, there is a village in South Wales with a communal well, which they decided to restore, when they cleaned the silt out, they found a 15th century jug/ewer in the bottom, that jug is now in the National Museum of Wales.
cool place!... yas need to go back..if it isnt already sold!.. and lower a camera and torch down on some rope! gotta find where it goes!.. sounds like its way to dry at the bottom to have ever been a well for water..

It would be very interesting , rewarding etc. to get more information about "the hole" and about others like It.very exating to watch when someone let's a camera watch all the way down.Before one knows anything about it! I hope that somebody reads this and decides thay they likewise would find It it a thrill and : do plenty of research, then goes there , get's a camera down the hole and informs of the history of it all.
Would be cool if you went back and did tie a camera on and see how far it goes I'm intrigued 🤔

To film down the well Use a GoPro secured on a heavy fishing line. Easy to lower with rod and reel.
With the prices of gas, elecy and diesel it’s no wonder these items go missing! If your into vintage/antiques it’s about making use of the item, restoring or giving somebody else pleasure from it, some would say leaving it to rot in some mansion from a family that’s moved on many years ago is crazy! I agree it shouldn’t be taken but why let it rot away to nothing! You literally found delboys jacket!

That's the type of house that could have a well concealed priest hole.
I would never understand why people decide to accumulate so much stuff! When does a person say to themselves: I don't any more? It's sick. There are people who could've used those clothes or furniture.

I don’t steal as a rule but sometimes I wonder if it would be better for folk to take some of these artefacts & give them a new home & lease of life rather than have them rot into dust..difficult choice really 🤔

Why let it all rot away, even if it was sold at auction and given to somebody skint or homeless?? What is ridiculous is that we got people sleeping in doorways with nothing then there’s these huge empty houses! Never mind the odd ornaments going walkies…if your homeless get what you can and sell it…live to fight another day…people who moan are jealous cos they didn’t get to look first! How can you condone leaving it to rot or somebody breaking it for the hell of it?? Those paintings are useless now…what about the artist who spent time to paint it for it to rot away!
I think you got to go measure the well you got to go back there I think the well has to be 500 ft deep at least maybe even deeper I suggest getting a thousand feet of rope Market every 25 ft it's got to be deep

Amazing seeing the difference in this place since The Bearded Explorer Colin did it. The well was covered but now is wide open, well unsafe excuse the pun. In the room with the grandfather clock a fine pair of riding/army boots sat on a table,now gone.
I have been told that a lot of stuff has disappeared and that the place has been trashed, it's a real shame that certain people decide to do this! I can say though that the neighbour are well aware now and monitoring it 24/7
Yes I noticed the difference a lot of stuff has been lifted including the picture of sir Winston Churchill that was on the mantle piece :-( sad to see people would steal stuff !

It will all depend when the house was built if it does not have a presavation order on it there is a could chance seeing the damage the vandals have done the devoplers who have bought the house will knock it down to build smaller houses on the land I would not be surprised if they did
The 3rd party entry and turn over/destruction/rifling of a family's possessions frightens me. But.... Where has the family gone, its sad, as I've said before.
