In this explore we come across an Abandoned Mansion that was filled designer gear.
A happy household at one point, until the Father died suddenly at a young age.
Leaving behind a young family, and arguments about inheritance, the building now sits in a state of disrepair, the properties contents ransacked and looted.

We have so many houses like that in America because people are losing their homes to foreclosure. Evil corporations come along and destroy the homes and there is a whole process the real estate agents, mortgage companies, home builders and loan officers go through to flip the homes that will cost triple when everything is said and done. Very sad!
I so agree with you the banks ect don’t even try help you so you can keep your home and then this happens the house left empty gets vandalised this is so sad this was once somebody’s h9me they loved
remember watching this on the bearded explorers channel the place was immaculate condition with designer clothes jewelry and other stuff left in there, ovbiously the thieves have been in there followed by the scum that thrashed the the place. big thumbs up for sharing guys👍👍👍

How sad that some people are so disrespectful of others homes and properties. No doubt word got around and what treasures might have been found there and once ransacked the place decide to smash things up and leave water pipes broken and running. Great explore of what was once a lovely home which obviously had a sad story.
It’s made even sadder by the fact that some thieving idiots have raided the place as well as vandalising the water pipes causing major flood damage to a perfectly good kitchen. In addition to wasting thousands of gallons of water all so unnecessary.

I liked the old mansion/pub! They cut the pipes without turning the water off!🤬 I hope they got a shock if using electric tools!!🤣 Would serve them right!

They look to have been in there stealing the copper pipes and copper wiring, to go and weigh it in. A typical trick of a certain mobile section of the "community"
It’s a shame that people have to wreck things what a beautiful property.

Someone needs to go in there and fold all that clothing up and put it in storage if not claimed within a year give to charity. New roof, new doors and decor would make a lovely home for a family in need.

So many valuable items in there still! I’d be putting that designer clothing right on eBay! Imagine how much stuff was left there from the beginning?! Someone’s made a lot of money from all the leftover stuff in that house!!

I was saying in a video you did 5 months ago you should check for hidden doors to a safe room or where the owners may have stashed some treasures in the libraries, study rooms or master bedrooms. I'd love to see the makers of clocks, fine china and other beautiful pieces..just a thought!!

I saw this house a month or so ago and it wasn’t trashed. Someone said they owed a number of pizza shops. They went back to their native country… massive place
Such a sad situation seeing such a lovey home destroyed. I would have never thought of touching something that doesn't belong to me. I guess I was raised better than the pieces of crap that trashed this home. Thank You for yall turning the water off. Such a waste of resources.

Good explore Alex but you really have to wonder what the destruction is all about, I'm pleased you didn't lift the toilet lid. Shame its been trashed, I'm pretty sure this place has been on you tube still in reasonable condition but can't remember who it was. Enjoyed it though 👌 thanks as always for your efforts 👍.
Looks like Copper Thieves to me - all the radiators were just hanging in there with no adjoining pipework! and the way the ceiling was ripped apart - again to get at the copper pipes. I think there was a flat-head screwdriver type on/off screw on that Kitchen water pipe.
Seen this one think the guy went to prison
i'd like to know more on this family as i've hear the dad of the family is not dead and is possably returning to the uk soon, so would be interesting to hear the reality on this story, family and home.

Yes another good one, as someone else said here, the place has changed a lot since first explored on you tube. Loads of damage and lots of expensive items stolen. Have you guys ever tried locating the outside water stop cock to try to stop a lot of water going to waste.

MY OCD wouldnt have let me leave that water going. I would have looked for the master valve immediately. Can't believe nobody cared enough to do that. Especially after expressing what a waste it was.

This place was or is in repossession. Foreclosure. They had to leave all that stuff
When I saw this place before it was full of jewelry, cologne, designer shoes, clothes, it was unbelievable
it must be hard not to rescue some of the items just from falling to waste. i do understand and appreciate you not doing so but it seems a shame
