Drifitng is the automotive version of synchronised swimming. It's not motorsport and in my book that makes it a wank. Our opinions will have to differ sorry.

Rotary isnt my favorite performance wise but no other engine sounds as angry.

Less than piston engines but plenty of torque with these numbers tho.

@@negativeindustrial however, torque wouldn't have to be as much problem when rotaries rev high quickly with ease and regularly. I do get u though. Overall, if I could build a rotary, I'd check out the puerto Rican bros, also andy duffins NA 3 rotor which I believe are the most reliable rotaries so far. Billet rotaries easily reduce the amount of unreliability issues

Think of the rotors as cylinders so it's essentially 4 cylinders how ever they produce a lot more power per rotor than a cylinder ever would hence this only being a 2.6l engine and producing the power it does

Rotaries are light, small, made huge power for their size, and revs to the moon
Basically good for drifting tbh but have extremely bad failures not worth it unless you have money to throw away

We've had 26b motors in new Zealand for 10years Rob is a chequebook builder with no new or unique style or technique.he's probably 10 to 15 yes behind madmike,ppre,CBR racing etc..
