Rotary engines are super simple to rebuild and rebuild kits right from the dealer come in one ziplock baggie. The cost is under $1000. Most piston engines are $2500 and up to rebuild them...The piston engines have hundreds of movings parts compared to the 3 parts of a rotary engine. I have owned 2 FC S5 GTUS, 3 FC S4Turbo 2 Rx7s, 5 or more FC S4 GXL RX7s, 2 FC S4 Sport RX7s, 2 FD S6 3rd gen RX7s, 1 FD S7 3rd gen TKT RX7 built by Pettit Racing. One dirtbike with a single 40 cubic inch rotary engine...I have 2 RX7s right now FS,,One is a 89 S5 Vert, the other is a 91 S5 coupe

this thing is crazy nice damn, the luxury of lexus and the speed, ummm, i been thinking about making a circuit car out of a lexus gs300, how much does it weigh in this state? what if i stripped the back seats but left the stock fronts, and how do you think it would do on a circuit with, roll bars, bracing, 3sgte swap, etc?

It's 900hp at the wheels, so probably 1000hp at the crank (Even though rotors don't have a crank per say, but you know what I mean!). That's at 22psi though, he could probably get a 1000hp at the wheels if he wanted to

Doubtful, these cars run oil gas mixtures, zero apex wear, besides they use 2 piece race seals,,,if they break the land on the rotor broke.

This is the sickest car out! Not only is it a 4-rotor turbo, but look at the on-board hydraulic car jacks that are holding the car up... BOSS!
