I fight with the staff every time I go to the hospital because I insist on wearing shorts under the gown. There is absolutely no difference between wearing shorts and underwear. But shorts aren’t as revealing. One time they even had a doctor come in and insist I change but I refused. I am not going to embarrass myself for their convenience. They won’t spend money on better gowns but they sure as hell charge enough to make it happen.

Just wear one for the front and one for the back. No ideal but it's a workaround

Still has its flaws. I have a design patent to solve the remaining issues with that gown.
