I like how you give simple instructions and let them stay on the screen in white to read for a while longer.. and you don't give us long boring intro's about yourself and your garden bla bla bla! Thanks! I added peppers.. so I am gonna see how that turns out :-)
Thanks! Yes I prefer these quick style recipe tutorials, I think when people look for video recipes they just want a quick visual how to, without the extra commentary :)
Thanks! Yeah for sure, I would probably just increase the amount of vinegar in the recipe to keep it better preserved if you want to do water bath pickling for longer shelf life, good luck!
They are just unripe tomatoes, when the plants start to die or the season is ending you will have lots of small green tomatoes on them that will never turn red, so you can just pickle them and eat them, or you can even pick them before they ripen for pickling.

Thank you! I'm not a jalapeno fan but I can make this for friends who are. Subbed and belled.
Do you not put the jars in a hot water bath??
No, that is not necessary for this method of pickling
How long before you can eat them
I would recommend at least 24+ hours before you start eating them
If you are using any Calphalon-type cookware, do understand you are introducing inorganic materials (with unknown outcomes) into your food stream
Why did my garlic turn blue?
this is perfectly normal when you ferment garlic
are Green tomatos a different breed?
Or are Green tomatos UNRIPE tomatos?
