Annoying PC port issues like flickering buildings, textures and pop-in should hopefully be improved with Project RevIVe.

To this day, Phil is one of my favorite side characters in the GTA series. His whole arc is straightforward, and he knows exactly when it's time to quit. Sidenote, if any of you never noticed: Elizabeta's coke, Phil's heroin, and the Russian diamonds are MacGuffins that show up in all three chapters of GTA 4. We just play different characters (Niko, Johnny, Luis) dealing with the direct fallout at varying points.

Those missions will come when the mod is finished :) These are all the videos I plan to do for the current build. If there's another update I'll happily show some more gameplay.

im dissapointed that the Mod removed the FBI Car Spawn glitch, its iconic part
