I love this design and I have it as well! I just have one question, when I do the two second or even the five second tack down, my vinyl still seems to peel up; like it hasn’t stuck down yet. And then I end up over pressing my layers. So I’m just wondering how I can fix this from happening?
Hi Katie! Crystal mentions that Cricut products do need to come to a full cool before you peel. Perhaps the vinyl wasn't cooled all the way? Also, you may want to add additional pressure for those 5 seconds. 😊

@@DesignBundlesbut I thought the whole point of this video was to show us how to layer HTV WITHOUT it shrinking?? It’s probably just me, but it doesn’t seem like the technique to prevent shrinking when layering HTV is explained clearly in this video. 🤷🏻♀️
love this design (I got it); your shirt turned out super nice! my question is COULD THE SHADOW LETTERS (the empty spaced sunshine) have been filled in letters like the middle sunshine? Thinking of using 3 values of one color for the sunshine & the sun design & black for chasing. thank you for demo! hope you understand my question
Hi Joy! In Design Space, you can ungroup the letters and then offset them by zero. This will give you a duplicate letter which you will be able to use the contour palette on and apply a fill. I hope that helps!

How would you create words like this that are outlined?
That way I can write my child's name outlined and then colored centred

Why did your colorful layer turn out shorter in length than the black layer?

Actually no, because they're all different colors and they can't be cut at once, so they'll have their own film to peel.
