Dry ice cleaning is similar to sand, bead and soda blasting in that it prepares and cleans surfaces using a media accelerated in a pressurized air stream. Hi Meatello, you do need to hook it to a compressor. Depending on the model you will need a bigger or smaller compressor. The airflow requirements start at 30cfm and go all the way up to 250cfm.
