    what I really hate about this second level is way too many lunges and these are performed realy slow which makes me hate them even more, it takes too long to get over them :D

      Lunges are a pain! But I've found that they make your butt and legs stronger and improve your balance. But yeah sometimes I wish some of the lunges here would be replaced with those merciful bridges :p

    Be careful if you are doing forward lunges because if your knee clicks everytime you rise that means you're doing it wrong.And when you rise try not to do it too fast , be delicate a little when you're also going down with your knee.

    Skipped number 1 and started number 2, but number 2 is also too easy so I guess I will just do number 3. I wish they would make an insane version. This hurts my thighs more than it hurts my butt.

    First time trying this workout, I struggled a bit but I pushed through mentally** AND physically! I will be doing this for a month to see if there are any changes and I will keep you all updated. Start Date: 7/12/2017 Approx End Date: 8/12/2017. Here we go!!

    Sometimes my knees hurt when I do lunges. Does anybody knows why?

      because you have eat vegetable
      I also felt that pain the first time this pressure with my knees & I started eating vegetable and drinking a lot of water
      I make five minutes exercise of walking because the knees need to make exercise by walking step by step straight, sorry about my English cause it's perfect

      maybe it takes more exercise to get your butt sore but your legs aren't as strong? that's what happened to me

      Jessy Aly Nah legs are needed for these excercises especially with lunges so its normal that they hurt

    2 месяца делала упражнения первого уровня. никогда до этого не занималась физкультурой ( в силу обстоятельств). сегодня решила повысить планку. немного сложнее. как- то пробывала третий уровень, очень сложный (особенно некоторые упражнения). так что не буду опережать события, всему свое время.

      Working out the same area everyday is generally a bad idea. Your body needs time to recover and repair the torn muscles. If you can do this everyday i would suggest making your workouts more intensive instead so you can feel they need the rest the next day.

      +Roxana G. As you find yourself getting fitter and stronger you will be able to do longer more intense workouts. If you're hurting the next day it's better to have a rest day or two and concentrate on another area of your body. But if you feel no pain or muscle soreness then it shouldn't be a problem to incorporate this into you daily workout. Listen to your body :)

      U do the first level for one week and then the second level for one week. If u get used to this you can combine both levels for better results.

      if you do not have butt, then it will appear.
      if you have fat there, it will become more attractive bcs you burn fat there.

      I did level 1 for about a month, every other day and now I've been doing level 2 for a week, every other day. Yes my butt has lifted over the past 5 weeks.

    This won't work out, In one day. It will show results if u do the whole thing 2 times a day in a week or two, maybe probably two weeks
