Lunges are a pain! But I've found that they make your butt and legs stronger and improve your balance. But yeah sometimes I wish some of the lunges here would be replaced with those merciful bridges :p

Working out the same area everyday is generally a bad idea. Your body needs time to recover and repair the torn muscles. If you can do this everyday i would suggest making your workouts more intensive instead so you can feel they need the rest the next day.
+Roxana G. As you find yourself getting fitter and stronger you will be able to do longer more intense workouts. If you're hurting the next day it's better to have a rest day or two and concentrate on another area of your body. But if you feel no pain or muscle soreness then it shouldn't be a problem to incorporate this into you daily workout. Listen to your body :)
