if its to much just start with level 1. its better to finish the routine than to go to hard and quit. u get stronger in time and u it will be easier to do all the exercises
It depends what you currently have on your butt & thighs. If they are slim & you don't really work out, they'll most likely get bigger. However if you have alot of fat on them, at first they'll become slimmer but if you keep going at it after they've become slimmer, your muscle mass will increase, making them bigger

please dont do it every day, your body needs recovery...when you are doing workout you damage your muscles ...like break them... and if you do it every day there will be no result...so leave 2 day between and in the 2 day please do something else, like arms shoulder...whatever...
Does this work without building up leg muslces? Ever since i got huge legs from trying to slim down my thighs (thanks to other UA-cam videod). Now I only go jogging in hopes that legs can still slim down a bit but i also wanna start buty workouts but all I coild find on UA-cam only have exercises that also build up your legs like squats and stuff

I feel much more my upper thighs muscles working than butt..just some of them, when you are on all 4 and doing legs to side, or controlled hip extensions (dunno if I said IT right) - or try backward lunges instead of forvard,at lesat I feel that my ass id working more from backward lunges than forvard.maybe you dan build your own excersise just with these and do series as much as you feel its good fór you, and then do more or change to others, which you find out in some other videos to not make muscles do the samé things all the time.

It does work for butt muscles. But if you mean you are overweight you need to change your diet. Do more cardio, something like HIIT exercises. You have to be constantly at the caloric deficit. For the past 6 months I lost 7 kilograms. Doing all kind of exercises, but I also do this butt workout too.
