    OMG
    I went from a flat ass my whole life for over four decades to a firm butt that gets compliments! Wow! and I can't believe what this has done for my ass in 2 months... I just started level 2 for about a week after doing level 1 for about 6 weeks about 3-4 times a week.. My ass never looked this good even when I went to the gym...I'm so sad I didn't come across this 20 years ago.. life is good now!!

      After puberty more fat deposited on girls buttocks

    great workout! the only thing i couldn't do was the leg pull down, had some issues with my knees. i don't know why... otherwise it went really well! my muscles don't hurt, but i did sweat a lot. would it be a good idea to try this more times a day? thanks!

    Having followed this series step by step, daily for the last 2 months, i can assure it works.My ass is similar to Kevlar now.When i clench my cheeks of steel, sparks ignite nearby tinder and ward off potential rapists.

      if its to much just start with level 1. its better to finish the routine than to go to hard and quit. u get stronger in time and u it will be easier to do all the exercises

      It depends what you currently have on your butt & thighs.
      If they are slim & you don't really work out, they'll most likely get bigger. However if you have alot of fat on them, at first they'll become slimmer but if you keep going at it after they've become slimmer, your muscle mass will increase, making them bigger

      3 times a week is enough..but if you can do this everyday its awesome!
      Everyone who do this should pay attention on the nutrition... becouse if you eat anything and everything like animal, results wont come!!!!! For those who dont know, on the internet you can find all the necessary information related to fitness nutrition.... Im saying this becouse I know how much people make mistakes, they think they should starve insted of eating healthy :))) good luck everyone :*

      please dont do it every day, your body needs recovery...when you are doing workout you damage your muscles ...like break them... and if you do it every day there will be no result...so leave 2 day between and in the 2 day please do something else, like arms shoulder...whatever...

      Better if you give a day or two a rest between doing the workout. 2 or 3 times per week will be enough

    Does this work without building up leg muslces? Ever since i got huge legs from trying to slim down my thighs (thanks to other UA-cam videod).
    Now I only go jogging in hopes that legs can still slim down a bit but i also wanna start buty workouts but all I coild find on UA-cam only have exercises that also build up your legs like squats and stuff

      ***** yeah I have same opinion like you. I feel much more my upper thighs muscles working than butt..just some of them, when you are on all 4 and doing legs to side, or controlled hip extensions (dunno if I said IT right) - or try backward lunges instead of forvard,at lesat I feel that my ass id working more from backward lunges than forvard.maybe you dan build your own excersise just with these and do series as much as you feel its good fór you, and then do more or change to others, which you find out in some other videos to not make muscles do the samé things all the time.

      ***** if you want to lose muscle mass my advice is don't eat any meat or bread during the weeks while you do these leg exercises… you'll avoid getting massive thighs; stick to a vegetarian, gluten free diet.

      Yes. It will be more effective. But that's a proper training routine. You don't need to jump over your head with training.
      These 28 minutes are exhausting already. And adding weights can actually slow you progress or even lead to an injury.
      So add 1 or 2 kilograms at the beginning, but only if you feel that this workout routine is actually easy for you.

      Well. You do half an hour. Then rest 2 days. Then again you do this workout. Then rest again.
      If you mean how much time will you need to get you into shape...
      Well I don't know. That depends on many factors.
      I personally do it for the past month.

      Do you know the concept of "beginning with the easy stuff"? Basically If you you can handle level 3 without hurting your self, then there is little or no reason to start with the easy stuff.

      u target more different muscles with the levels 2 and 3. just start with 1 a few times a week and than go to level 2 and after that level 3.

      If you've got a fat ass the exercises will burn the fat off making it smaller. If you haven't then your ass will become bigger faster because of the increase in the size of the muscles.

      It does work for butt muscles.
      But if you mean you are overweight you need to change your diet. Do more cardio, something like HIIT exercises.
      You have to be constantly at the caloric deficit. Eat less then you spend. Eat as little of bread and sugar as possible, better not to eat bread and sugar at all.
      Also train whole body, not just butt and cardio.
      For the past 6 months I lost 7 kilograms.
      Doing all kind of exercises, but I also do this butt workout too.

    16:09 Ok- NO FUCKING WAY you can get that low and keep your right heel completely on the ground. Not to mention maintaining balance in that position is fucking imposible. I watched other videos on YT for this exercise and you shouldn't go all the way down...
