Beautiful jib man. I have a 61 impala 2 door hard top 283, 3 speed column shift with overdrive that was my moms and a 61 biscayne 4 door that belonged to my sunday school teacher. Beautiful cars and ride like no other.
@@ACDesignsGarage I have a 55, 210 Delray coupe I got in high school back in 1980 that is being a full body off. Learning these new paint guns and paints is way different than the single stage enamels and lacquer I used to shoot until 1989. DelStar, Imron, and I can't remember the Dupont 2 stage just hit the market when I left the trade here in texas.
@greasydot man a 55 chevy os my dream car, my dad had a 55 post car, black with 200s daisy american wheels and tuck n roll in the 70s. I have a bunch of how to paint videos in my how to paint cars at home play list. I show setting up the gun mixing and everything if you want to check it out.

Thank you very much!! I think I love the fabrication the most, paint and body is ALOT of sanding lol. Im self taught with some guidance from a friend. Yhe only reason I started is because I couldn't afford to pay someone to paint my own car lol. Thanks for watching!!!
@@ACDesignsGarage I too am teaching myself and part of the reason I found your channel. I have a 59’ Austin Healy Bugeye and decided I was going to spend the money to experiment on an extra hood ( Brits say bonnet) to get it solid, straight and finally painted. I just finished a base/ clear on it after hours of rust repair, dent removal, body fill, prime, block, prime again, block, block again, seal, base, clear, find a imperfection, fix, reclear, color sand, burn through an edge, fix, reclear, color sand and now ready to buff HA HA!! Lotta of work to learn but boy have I learned what not to do and what to do. Thx again for your great vids!! 💪🏽👊🏼👍🇺🇸🙏🏻
Not a big fan of wings but that car is a gorgeous jewel bedazzled ride and even the wings work on that hardtop. You guys did a FANTASTIC job creating a car that most of us can only drool over but few will ever have.
Thank you I really appreciate it, I will say those coves under the wings were a pain to paint and buff lol, as for the wing cars I'm still a 59 chevy guy. Those cat eye tail lights are awesome 👌 thanks for the support!!

In those days, GM redesigned the front end or the back end in successive years but usually not in the same year. Here's a '61 Impala hardtop with a redesigned rear end reflecting the move away from wings. Same color, same 348 engine. ua-cam.com/video/m9niugG8gK0/v-deo.html
