Great video, very cool showing me inside of Eevee's from a customer's perspective. It's like you went on an arranged date with the S-22 Pro but fell for her younger sister the Patton.
OMG it's so true! Lol if I wasn't already engaged to the s22 gold I would have left her for the Patton no question BUT sadly no Patton's available and I couldn't convince them to sell me the floor model 😭🤣
Did you try the 66lb Patton? It seems like it can be tuned very soft as well. The 62lb is bottoming out easily for people even on moderate bumps and potholes. Bottoming this type of suspension very often will cause the seal to fail. I think we will see that the 66lb spring is preferred for almost any riding weight and I wouldn't be surprised if we see higher spring rates coming out in future batches. Otherwise, I think people will start modding the valve stacks to get a more progressive compression.
I did not, there was no 66lb to try on either wheel unfortunately but from me riding around the city with the 62lb for my style of riding it did perfectly fine for my liking.
Im was about to order this wheel when i saw the Facebook posts on people getting tickets so now its wait and see again....

Interesting wonder if it's from people abusing them like riding in the streets above the speed limit, running lights, riding sidewalks etc.
Glad to hear about your experience with the patton, especially as a bigger dude. It seems that everyone who steps on one loves the thing, so I finally chose it for my second wheel (put my preorder in this weekend!). Chose the 66lb spring though since a lot of folks were saying that they were easily able to bottom out the 62lb spring-- I'd rather the wheel rides a little stiff, esp since I'm so used to non suspension. Really really curious to know more about the commander mini though, def let us know when you've got your hands on it.
I think you'd be fine with the 62lb shock you can adjust the preload and the compression both of which feels pretty stiff to me and I'm 220lbs ish.
I will let the community know as soon as I get mine, I here it doesn't ship until mid June now which kinda sucks...

Never heard of general Patton being pronounced like that. Since it's named after the Patton tank which was named after General S. Patton. I'm pretty sure it's pronounced like the Generals name.
Can't help the way people pronounce things regards of where the name comes from... Canadians vs us 🤷

Idk if you'll remember my comment from whatever video but I took my mten4 to the mtn bike park and it was seriously the most fun I think I've ever had it was ripping up the trails. I didn't find any drop ins but it had no issues going up the hills. I do have a question thou I'm ~150 lbs and pretty small. I got the 300wha battery because the bigger one was out of stock and I just wanted to get on it. My Max recorded speed is 20.5 granted I don't ride into the beeps at all. Is this just because of the battery or is this a skill issue or something? Since there's no other riders I have no one to like tell me what I'm doing wrong or anything which makes all of this more daunting but I've been killin it while being safe so :/
