Still riding the S18. The S22 didn’t age as good. I mean, we have better wheels now in that weight class. I never missed the range, for I use the S18 for short rides anyway. Mostly 15, 25 miles rides. I like the extra power of the Molicells. What I really don’t like about the S18 is the shitty tire it’s coming with. First upgrade was to put a Trial tire (IRC TR-1) and you know what? That knobby is better on the street than the original city tire, and really shines in the small mountains around here. The next upgrade was to add the kickstand, studded pedals and Clarkpads gen2. Now I really love it. I have many wheels and the S18 is the one I ride the most. I hope Kingsong continues to improve that lightweight suspended wheel. I’d gladly spend the extra for carbon fiber and magnesium components.

How is it compared to the S18? For context, if I could get the S18 and the A2 around the same price, which is better under the lens of commuter/light weight wheel for last mile, getting it in and out of a car? I'm coming from a mten mini.

TBH these smartphone displays on a control are stupid, looks pretty on the showroom floor, but horrible i direct sunlight you want a basic backlit digital display, low power usage & easy to read in direct sunlight.

Howdy, I just put the first 3-1/2 miles on my new KS S22. I bought the gold and brown, 10th anniversary color. My pads are brown. The spacing on the upper pads are way too far apart like you said. They look and feel good but ineffective. I'll be needing to replace my upper pads sometime soon.. Are you still making this product? If so how does one buy from you.

Is that begode brand trolly handle? I have question. Does trolly handle bar lock completely when it's depressed all the way? Mine does not lock completely..

I wouldn't ride longer than a 30min commute each way on it in freezing weather. It's too cold and not a replacement for longer commutes. For shorter ones these and other car alternatives are great.

I just started learning seat riding 2-3 weeks ago, and now I'm finally comfortable with it. I love it way more than standing. It's easier for me to control the wheel.

Sunday test, driving hard and some off road with a molicell maxter, so draining would be worse. But I could Get 43 km ters and left 34% of batteries. For a day long riding you need your charger. The wheel has hugh power. Love it.

Gotway Luffy euc is much more backpackable, smaller and lighter (7kg), unfortunately Begode stopped producing them for unknown reason. It was the best portable euc ever. with no worthy competition. Why they stopped making em is beyond me.

I ride mostly on really steep technical trails with some jumps or doing “urban freestyle” kind of fast circles and spin tricks on pavement. Still wondering if this wheel might fit my riding style pretty well for the money now, what do y’all think?
