Traded my S22 for the Lynx. i've had no wheel for weeks now, but the Lynx just hit the Aussie port. 🤞🏽 Next week, i should have it on my feet, ready to roll and create content! 😊
My brother I have watched this video multiple times bc of your great experiences and technical knowledge 🙏 thank you 💓 so much for taking out your time to do this it has really helped me out a lot. My riding style matches yours so pretty sure will be getting the lynx ❤
That was a great review Duf. Good points. I don't have a lot of time on these, and owned a V12HT. I really didn't know what was good enough, or if a wheel was too much wheel for me. I did get the Lynx, but I'm sure I would've been happy with a Sherman S too.
Love the Patton, but would love the Lynx better for my riding style - technical off-road. The only big change I made to the Patton was the pedals and it is much better for off-road with the real spikes.
@@greenwave819i preordered one I have a v13 which is my all around wheel and begode extreme I’m excited for the et max because of the motorcycle tire which means better corners!!
I thought Ewheels was pushing for an official water resistance rating but it's safe to say you can ride it in rain without major cause for concern. During my range test I inadvertently wound up riding through some substantial water and it was fine as well.
If you enjoy off roading with the Lynx be sure to take that stupid kickstand off before it reaches out and hurts you or makes you crash. Even a minor slow speed crash and I guarantee that thing will reach out and bruise your legs. And if you go off a steep bench or a drop off at low speeds it will catch and throw you down. Also I think it looks a lot better with it removed.
@@Duf chooch has a recent video where he had a speed wobble crash on the Lynx and he talked about the kickstand bruising his leg and he took it off also. I've already been hit by it twice
I'm expecting mine by the end of this week. My main worry is that, given the frequent release of new wheels, the price of this one will drop by 50% before the year's end. It's not that I'm looking to sell it, but it's likely that in about six months, you could find second-hand Lynxs for half the price. I can already imagine the videos titled "THE LYNX KILLER?!" haha
I think those worries are completely unfounded. And I believe you will agree once you get yours! I absolutely love mine and there is no way it is going to go down in value anytime soon.
Hell yeah thats what I like to hear! Ive just seen it twice before with my other PEVs so i assumed I can expect it here as well lol but either way... I'm still getting it! @@Riceman-o1p
Which suspension did you get, and how much do you weigh with gear on? I'm 6'6", 200 without gear, and was interested in low-key trails. I was thinking the 66 lb suspension.
Oh no, I am a veteran Luf, I have many volts and I like fancy stuff... so I'm pretty good.. I like high voltage and hot chicks. I can run really fast and I have good mileage!!
Thanks for your comparisons ..................🥰
Thanks for watching!
bro!!
Great video Duf. LeaperKim made a nice trio for every need it seems.
Agreed!
Thanks for the info and educated opinions. Would have been cool / useful to see all three cycles standing the same way for visual comparison.
Next time!

All three are great wheels
Duf won't sell you short, Lyxn is for big money players that dont want the Begode big boys
Awesome thank you very much for the feedback. I am going to wait till after Chinese New Year holidays to see what is available in the UK.
Sounds good buddy.

Yep makes sense
That Sherman S was the bell of the ball 6 months ago, and now it isn't even a part of the conversation 😅
Still a great wheel IMO
I reckon I would go for a Lynx if I just wanted one all round wheel
Yep
nope Begode ET would be best

Are any of these carrying a waterproof rating ? I forgot the numbering but ip56 or similar...
Thanks ✊
As far as I know only Inmotion rates their wheels for water resistance
Thanks Duff. Where did you get the stand for the lynx??
I make them :) eucarmy.com/store
Is the wheel water resistant or do I have to have a plastic bag over the top like the veteran max?

I have not heard others complain about the Lynx kickstand

Rest assured the price will not drop 50%, The Sherman S has only dropped a couple hundred bucks and it's the OG Veteran suspension wheel.
Thanks for the info @@Duf !
never buy a new wheel!
Weather conditions affect battery performance. Your lynx test was during cold weather, was it not?
Well it was in the 60's, not cold enough to have a significant impact.
Does FL ever have cold weather???
Missed opportunity to show the difference in size between them...
All that takes is a picture

The demo Lynx had the 62 in it, I think?? At your size 66 would make more sense, I weigh 35lbs less than you.
