The Roanoke mystery was solved a long time ago!!! John White left after seeing the message (which was the name of a local tribe). He went home... he did NOT EVEN TRY looking for his family. Then, for generations there were rumors of a tribe that had golden haired members and used 2 languages. Eventually all of the European genes were swallowed up by the tribal blood. I don't know why the story is still a part of the "mystery genre". If you actually look, you can find this information, but its hidden in a sea of misinformation.
Unsolved Mysteries featured a story where on August 7, 1994 in rained mysterious blobs in Oakville, Washington. The blobs made several people sick and dogs died
Honestly I don’t trust the government to inform us if they know something about a lot of these mysteries that occur in the U.S. Most recent - the drones over Jersey and other states. Everyone is freaking out and the government says nothing “I dunno” 🤷🏼♀️. Give me a break. And their explanation sounded ridiculously lame. I don’t believe them.
I'm satisfied that Richard McCoy was DB Cooper, and not merely a copycat, based on the oddly specific details of their hijackings that match, that were not public knowledge at the time, including how McCoy and Cooper both instructed the ground crews to position the refueling trucks at a specific location relative to their planes. Additionally, McCoy's children claimed their father was Cooper, but waited until after the death of their mother so she would not be subject to prosecution as an accomplice.
The biggest mystery about the DB Cooper case to me is why the parachute instructor with over 300 jumps to his credit, entrusted to deliver 4 parachutes to the airplane, accidentally selected a ground training chute among them with the openings sewn shut...
Yeah. That Max Headroom thing was creepy AF🤨 Interesting list, and thanks for the idea: I think I will check out the "True Terror" episodes by George Takei.
Some people in the Chicago suburb of LaGrange, Ill. have said they believe a friend of theirs in the 1980s was Max on that creepy broadcast. I don't recall names, but they described him as a person on the autistic spectrum who was a personal computer genius back in the days of desktops. He had boasted to them he was going to make national news Sunday by doing something with his tech prowess. They waited until after his passing to speak up about this.

I don't know what is the truth of the Havana syndrome but that noise in the cellphone is a Cricket. I think it's called the Jamaican Field Cricket although I'm not sure if that's one but it's common in the Carribbean. There was a photo that surfaced that looked like her and her navigatior but turned out to be a German or Russian couple who's sail boat had soak. Then recently they thought they found her plane 1site was a plane crash of a ww2 plane and local fisherman buried the bodies, 2 site turned out to be a Japanese plane, 3 site turned out to be coral reef shaped like a plane. I follow this story very closely.
Babushka lady IS Phillipine Rothschild, compare her photo to the JFK pic, it's her. She went on her birthday to Dealy Plaza. Check the date. She didn't come forward because of who she is and what she saw and photographed.
Some of these have very plausible explanations, like the lighthouse (storm swept inexperienced keepers away one by one) and MH370 (pilot mass murder-suicide). But without living direct witnesses, people make them sound more mysterious than they were.
I have been fascinated with the disappearance of Dan (a.k.a., D.B.) Cooper since it happened when I was a little girl. I'd love to find out whether he survived.

Pretty interesting, my only complaint is that the "WOW signal" wasn't described. It would only have taken a couple seconds to say WHY the portion of 'noise' STOOD OUT from the background 'noise' that was being analyzed.
