      @@DIVINE_1516 mere ko jaha Tak samaj aaya saket phele 3din push pull and legs karta tha then 1 day rest and then repeat, but ab mon chest tues back wed arms and thus legs , 1 day rest then repeat , i think normal push pull legs mai arms acche se train nahi hote hai is liye he switched to this one

    Hey man, i have been training since 12 years old. Since last month, my brother has been talking about you and i thought why not, watch this guy called saket which my brother keeps talking about. I started watching you since i think about 2 weeks ago and i feel very very motivated to workout now. I love the small small tips you give in your videos and yes, i am on a cut right now, been on one since the last week, its going great, and i will definitely try your split man!     Lately, your opinion are changing a lot, like few days ago you told us in one of your videos that front delts get enough stimulus from chest pressing movements, but now you are enjoying overhead press implying that you train for hypertrophy.

      @@Sahil-re7mg Depends on you...If your gym is open on Sunday...you can rest every 5th day and repeat.
      But...my gym is closed on Sunday...so I rest on Sundays.
      Suppose Monday is chest...next chest day will be Friday and next will be Wednesday and then Monday again.
      So you hit your chest 3 times in 2 weeks.
      .
      .
      .
      And I personally follow this...since I'm focusing on my back.
      Chest and biceps
      Back
      Shoulders and triceps
      Legs

    Good idea bro, I too changed my split.
    I followed PPL for like 2 years, Now for a change
    My split -
    Monday - Chest Back
    Tuesday - Legs
    Wednesday - Shoulder and arms
    Thursday - Rest
    Friday - chest back
    Saturday - legs + arms
    Sunday - rest

    I'm a 13 yo, I've been training since 12, recently 9 months ago I discovered about Sir Saket and now I'm addicted to him. Before i was getting inconsistent because of no progress but after watching your vlogs I'm now much consistent than before and now getting a few noticable progresses.       Calorie deficit when new to the gym is not the best idea. I did that and barely made any progress in terms of muscle gain. Unless you are obese don't be in a deficit.

    thermic effect of food is real but the differences between food sources on your total calories burnt and eventually on calorie deficit is quite marginal
    calorie intake indeed is a much bigger impact on calorie deficit

    saket u can go for yogurt drink during exercise home made dahi with rock salt, lil stevia n water I used to do this n also helps in hydration btw I'm 50 now n try to keep myself fit!

    I’m not that kind of experience as you are but keep the bar above chin in OHP Because when you do OHP Below the chip shoulder tension goes and you have start from zero that’s why keep to the chin
