Though i don't track by writing but my gymbro and I remember our reps and sets and progress. We train in 6-10, 8-12 or 12-15 rep range. I have kept it simple as you said, and never over complicated exercises, no FOMO for exercise, Quality over quantity and enough quantity for stimulus. Always thankful for your training philosophy. The best think I have picked from you is the Constant load method
Bro if u know plz answer,like he is only doing 2 exercise for both muscles,so like if someone is doing 2 sessions in a weak,does he have to repeat same excercise on another session

Now my body has grown a ton bigger and more muscular compared to before. The main things I followed from him were: 1. Progressive overload compared to last week 2. Maintaining ecentric movements 3. Biceps are biceps, you dont't need to work on long head, short head B.S! Just curl them up and good to go.
