Here's a weird story behind this match. It was on a Friday night (don't remember why) and there was an strike on the London Underground resulting in an attendance of less than 9000 but for those of us in attendence, what a result for QPR.
I was at this game, 12 years old and remember the small crowd, never knew why. Just always thought it was a shame that a full house didn’t witness the Andy Gray show.
