Were the makeup artists certified? Did they have any prior experience? Because it looks negative on both accounts. The 1930s brow was way too arched--they were more like half circles on the face, not so angular, and the 2000-2010 brow was either so over plucked, a sperm brow, or not touched at all. It's the 2010-2016 brow that's full and thick, inspired by Cara Delevigne. If you're going to do a makeup video, do some research and consult more than one person beforehand. This was just embarrassing. The editing, the model, etc. were all great, just the makeup itself and the misinformation was not okay.

that makeup is all chunky and gross. the eyeshadow isn't nicely blended, there's foundation all over the clumpy mascara and her undereye concealer is creasing so hard it screams for help. not to mention the fallout all over her cheeks. buzzfeed you need to step your game up and hire better makeup artists.

I think what they were doing was grouping the 90's up to '05/'07 together because they were similar and after that was '10 since we haven't quite reached 2020. If it was 2020 they'd say Cara was '10 and have a separate look for '00. If that makes any sense

I have naturally thick and dark eyebrows (I'm 19) and when I was going through school, I use to get bullied over my eyebrows but ironically the girls that bullied me for having big eyebrows, now draw theirs on to make their tiny eyebrows bigger. What an odd world we live in

Ok how has BuzzFeed allowed to have such terrible "makeup artists" for this long? The eyebrows look nothing like each other, the eyeshadow is muddy, and 2000's brows were not "big and beautiful", they were thinner than that.
Cmon BuzzFeed, just HIRE a full-time makeup artist that actually knows what they're doing.
