Can the Bosch 625 come with everything to flash and reprogram. I'm starting to get into programming and need a good tool

The ADS 625 does come with a J2534-compliant VCI that can be used for reprogramming. Technicians will need to provide their own Windows PC and purchase OEM software to reprogram, in addition to a clean 12V power supply.
