Got the same set up with 7s and 8s…I ended up with R888s for tires…great tire, but not wet weather friendly…these wheels really do look right on the narrow G body 911…love your paint color too! Such a great blue.
That was going to be my choice to maintain the theme for a track setup, but because I drive the car and have gotten caught in the rain, I opted for the Michelin Pilot Exalto’s. R888’s are amazing, as you know! An old buddy of mine had them on his Nissan GTR
Btw beautiful car, love the color! I have an ‘86 3.2 which also has the front and rear spoiler, stock suspension. Did your car also have the stock suspension before going 7/8? Any fender rolling needed? No rubbing? Any suspension changes to do this upgrade? Appreciate you helping me with my paranoia of making this change.
Thank you!! It does have a d fee actors sport suspension- so it does sit slightly lower. I don’t get any rubbing, so no fender rolling needed. But it is really close. Many of my Porsche friends have gotten the fenders rolled as a precautionary measure but I haven’t done it yet. Because of the hand built nature of these cars, some need it, some don’t, but from what I’ve heard- it isn’t frowned upon if it gets done. I may end up doing it anyway because the tire looks really close to the edge
Looks amazing! Congratulations!
Awesome bro!
Beautiful 911. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you!!
Looks freaking awesome!
Thank you!!
great choice!
Thank you!!
16 x 8 was perfect choice. Tasty!

Must be Christmas already!!!
Beautiful! You skimped on getting new black lugs!?
My buddies told me the same thing! 😂 it’s on the to do list
Love the car and the new rims. Oh yea and the music
🎶 thank you!!
Looks so good! Convincing me to get 8”s on my 3.2 😵💫
Cosmetically, one of the better decisions I’ve made for the car. Performance wise, tire selections are numerous and plentiful too!
@@AlexBeras do you notice it being more difficult to turn at low speeds with the lack of power steering?
@@DrKyleStanley no difference, at least none that I’m able to feel. The feel is consistent with the original setup
The car looks great. Enjoy the event. Happy Motoring!
Thank you!!
Brilliant, that is also my plan. BTW my new car is also Dark Blue but with Avocado interior. Enjoy the Fuchs!
Amazing color combo!!

Going 8” on my rears. Great video. What tire size did you run up front?
Great choice!!! I ran the standard size I had on the rears when I ran 6 and 7’s
I’ve got to do this! 🤙🏼
Definitely a fun upgrade and the stance is evolved!
