Just FYI, and I realize this vid is a couple years old, but they weren’t clear coated - they are clear anodized by porsche at the factory. The correct way to restore them would be to strip the original anodizing from the rim and paint from the center, then re-anodize them, then paint the centers. No paint on the lug nut mating surfaces.

They changed horses midstream. First they said they were going to paint the wheels and then they went to powder coating. Part two shows powder coating not painting
