People talking about state taxes - professional athletes pay state income taxes based on the state that the event or game takes place. It's commonly called the jock tax. For example, Tyreek pays zero state income tax on home games in FL, but when he plays in Buffalo he is required to pay NY state income tax for those games. In 2022 Tyreek paid $475,000 in state income tax to the states in which he played away games at. If he had the same contract/income but played for the Jets he would have owed New Jersey $3 million, and $200,000 to the other states he played in. By playing in Florida he saved roughly $2,725,000. He said he wanted to stay in KC, while also saying he was calling his agent to seek a trade when he would only get 2-3 targets a game, which if I remember, didn’t happen in his last 48 games as a chief. He also averaged 9 targets a game in that span, which is 1 less than he is getting in Miami (10.) He just wanted more money and he should just say that, not lie and try and be political.
In this quote he might be saying that but he has been caught lying about how AJ Brown’s money influenced his decision(which was after he went) and how he wasn’t getting targets at KC which wasn’t true.

I think all things considered, an athlete as good as Tyreek Hill is worth every penny he makes. A distinguished athlete his whole life, asserting his dominance at every level. He is five foot nine, under 200 pounds, and somehow the best player in a league full of giants and monsters. He's still making DB's his son.
As a regular person, imagine being offered 58 mil & sayin nahh 💀💀💀
A regular person with no options is more likely to say ya
pretty easy when you know you can hold out for 70
Just to get 20 mill more yea he ain’t no regular person but we all could have done it just chose not to or used excuses
If your worth in the 70s then naw
We are all regular people. Athletes put the work into it. Everyone here is worth 1 dollar I don't care what anyone says 😂
He's one of the most unique players I've ever seen. He seems to be floating on the Football field; it's beautiful to watch him.

Justin Jefferson is right there
Hes a one dimensional deep ball threat who has nothing on JJ or Chase

I'd imagine it be multiple things to leave bro not just one reason

@@CaptainChuk changing his mind isn’t what he dis. He lied about why he left saying he wasn’t getting enough targets and about his contract to match AJ Brown. Yet he had the most targets of his KC career and he was traded a month prior to AJ Brown getting his contract.

Still waiting for him to give KC "that work" lol
they'll continue to triple him for as long as he's the opposition
He may not be putting up numbers himself to prove he’s giving them that work, but when KC doubles and triples him every play, it’s sure left a lot of other guys wide open. He’s living rent free hahahaha

He literally said that lol
In this quote he might be saying that but he has been caught lying about how AJ Brown’s money influenced his decision(which was after he went) and how he wasn’t getting targets at KC which wasn’t true.
I love that his mom even said he better think about them state taxes. That's real advice.
