Lately I’ve been watching all your videos. Very informative but also your voice is nice to hear while I’m working. I’ve be obsessed if you did a podcast
Thank you :) I think I might try to share more GRWM kinda videos over on Instagram. I think because I'm quite a beginner with things like hair/makeup I feel like I can't share anything valuable haha (maybe if my skills improve!). I know exactly what you mean - going to have more of a brainstorm for some ideas that I hopefully can share. Have a lovely weekend x
Mixing masculine/feminine is my favourite too! Thank you so much for watching, I hope you get to have a play around with this style when the weather does cool down again :) xx
HAHA little airplanes - this is so cute! Can understand if you're not a fan of the shoes - they're chunky and not the most flattering but I also love a weird shoe moment :) I'll try and include a side by side cutaway next time with a less chunky shoe so it's more relatable/less distracting xx
Thanks for your answers and tips, Helen! For the airport look, I usually find leggings too thin for me personally so I wear jeans with at least 2% elastin or more. That way I don't feel uncomfortable, even on the long flights. 🙂
What a fun video! Thank you for taking the time to help us out. I don't have a lot of style dilemmas myself rn because I'm still home a lot, but watching your videos always get me in the mood to style my clothes. And I got to thank you for the & other stories dress recommendation. When I saw you wearing it in your video I immediately bought it and have been in love! I love wearing it casual but have also enjoyed it for a nice dinner... it's so comfortable. Definitely one of my favorites now. Edit: Oh and I'm glad to see someone else tying the strap on their expensive bags lol I felt odd about doing it but I have a YSL bag that has a thin leather strap that is not adjustable and just a little too long imo. I felt like a criminal tying it :D but it sits much nicer.
Heyy!! Lumiere you’re looking too incredible in all outfits I have no words for you and I really enjoyed watching your videos a lot and I wish you reach 20K Subscribers very very soon!🤗💕🙈😘💖
I think another tip for not looking frumpy in oversized clothing is wearing shoes with a little bit of height, especially if you’re not wanting to show your waist.
For the teacher question: former teacher here 🙋🏻♀️ My fave outfit uniform while teaching was a midi skirt w/a blouse, and a trouser (cigarette/wide leg with elastic waist) w/a blouse or top and cardigan. I wore booties, flats, and sandals often as well. The skirts and stretchy trousers were my fave because they look professional and cute, but were super comfy to wear all day. I also love color and print. Incorporating those can liven up a dreary look and modernizes it a bit too.
Great video Helen! Really loved all your tips. Especially the one about how to style more oversized dresses since I’ve always found that difficult. Your hair looks great in this video btw
I think they're definitely chunky but with sandals, I find them so practical and with loafers, I like the masculine look :) Definitely can be swapped out for more feminine/minimal shoes xx
@@DailyHelenJ i Love them for you! I think it adds a nice contrast and makes your feet look super dainty and delicate in comparison. It’s just a matter of opinion !

Stretch jeans can be a great alternative to leggings :)! Even a dressy sweatpant I think can look super chic too xx
Thanks for the video. I love your airport look.
I would highly recommend a midi pencil denim skirt. It makes every blouse so easy to wear

THANK YOU for answering my question Helen
Ощущение старого пыльного хлама...ужасные бежевые брюки. В целом,ни один образ не актуальный, не стильный и не привлекательный.
Linen shirts are great.
They're just perfect for hot humid weather :) xx

Very true! A heel always helps :) I've been a bit lazy with wearing any heeled shoes but gosh do I miss how much more flattering they can be :)
That Tibi loafers are stealing all of my attention from the clothes! Love them ❤
Also, we need an updated shoes collection pronto. I love all your shoes!
Thank you so much! Hoping to share a shoe collection soon :))) x
