I don't call myself an author because I don’t believe in labels.
I believe that story is art - that it's sacred, and that it is and has always been a force that changes and shapes our world. That's why I write, and that's why I create videos (even co-produced an environmental film). I consider the world my home, and enjoy submerging in unique cultures nearly as much as I love submerging in the ocean and riding the waves. I am the author of the young adult urban fantasy series The Blood Race, and am currently working on several new series's. I absolutely LOVE this meditation. This is the 3rd time I have used it since I found it a couple of days ago, and each time, by its end, physically my whole body is vibrating and especially in my chest and forehead.
Emotionally and mentally, I feel relaxed, refreshed, excited, confident, and peaceful after it also.

i love how you stoped talking and let the music continue, because i’ve noticed that i still enjoy guided meditations, however, once i’m deep into it, my mind will be like “okay, i got it from here, thank you” 😂

This was my 1st meditation by you that I came across 1 month ago. Since then I have listened to multiple meditations by you. Your meditations & affirmations have really helped me to feel calm & write my scripts. This isn’t 10 minutes long…..
maybe it’s because you’re also a writer, but i’ve been doing meditations all day (which is an escapist problem, whole other issue lol) but i’ve been feeling numb and inert, and this session warmed me right up! like i feel literally physically warm, but also warmed up for a writing sesh 😌😌 tysm!! 🤍🤍
I came here to say this !! I felt the warmth unlike with other meditations I like to use
