The 396Hz frequency is known to help overcome feelings of fear and clear blockages, which usually presents the main obstacle when it comes to awakening our creativity, realising our dreams and reaching our goals. Another hindrance on our way forward is the permanently recurrent overthinking of problems and worries. The 396 hz Solfeggio frequency liberates from negative beliefs, convictions and thoughts, even on a subconscious level. It helps overcome uncertainty, sadness and grief in difficult moments of life. It supports us in finding our way back to consolation, calmness and inner peace and to move on.
Solfeggio frequencies form part of an ancient scale that was rediscovered in the early 70’s. They are a tone sequence of special frequencies. Originally used in Gregorian chants for centuries, they recently were brought to everybody’s attention for their healing powers. The music in this video was composed in the tone “Ut” at 396Hz.

Every time I listen to this video I end up crying and having an emotional release. Also every time I listen to this video I do not have the conscious intention to cry or have an emotional release. 5 minutes into this music and I started crying I had not cried and moved on from the death of my grandma about 3 years ago when she was disconnected I did not go to see when she died it was too hard for me. I feel like after listening I finally moved on. & I feel like this helped me cry my problems out. It has been hard to get a job and I am behind on my bills but after this music I feel like everything will be okay.❤

I know this comment is a year old, but yes I am currently writing a science fantasy novel. Honestly, it seems to be helping by calming my mind while I write. Whether it is directly affecting creativity or not is another story. I have connected a lot of dots this session. But I tend to go in bursts like this. At worst, it's a nice sound track for calming the soul and writing. At best, I am being sonically charged and loving it. What about you? Did it help?
@@orbathealien8868 it helps. It's like it soothes my mind and helps me slip into the "zone" of writing. I'm working on a rather long romance novel and short Christmas stories.

Was journaling…expressing my emotions on paper then cried, what so special about me crying is that I don’t usually cry I just laugh eyes get waterier that’s it’s but this time I cried and it felt great. Reason for me crying was losing a girl I never even dated…I’m good now thanks to me and god.
Another masterpiece! especially love the flowing movement of the very vivid colors-as close as we can get to the colors of the spirit world-by watching them merge one into the other it gets you out of left brain and into right brain so that creativity is more easily achieved, so I think this particular piece can be extremely helpful to many specifically for creativity. Don't try sleeping to this when you need your sleep. Try it on a day when you can afford to stay up late and sleep in. I started listening to it and my whole head started vibrating. I couldn't fall asleep. Tomorrow(I guess today now) is a vacation day for me. Lol lesson learned.
