I attached my Zoom H2n handheld mic to the bleachers in between the drums and the band in an attempt to catch a decent balance of both. it was closer to the drums, so they were still louder, but it was way better than the camera quality on my other GSU basketball band videos from the past year.
I tuned my snare really high and now it sounds like this. I'm in love :D
