1. I make a Router checkerboard leading into the base. This allows any congested belts to offload onto neighboring belts. It also looks cool. 2. I make a “magazine” for my turrets by building a road back and forth. At the beginning of the magazine, I put an Overflow so that once the magazine is full, it sends resources to the base. 3. I use a string of routers and place Turrets on both sides. I leave a space between the turrets and the wall to make space for Repair Blocks. This also prevents damage to turrets from bombers. Thanks for your video. Cheers 🍻
Did you manage to find a simpleish guide? Im looking but evryone assumes ive got hours of playtime and im string to understand if theres any point in building a full factory in every level in the campaign xD
One thing about the opening: You dont need graphite to start producing Monos. Only silicon, copper and lead. So i actually prioritize silicon + power to start making Monos and then i move onto graphite when that's automated. After a few of them come out you can just reclaim your copper and lead mines and you have a tonne of space to work with. Söower beginning but faster mid/late. You also save several hundred graphite not upgrading those copper/lead mines, so the time lost isn't huge anyway. Then you can dedicate graphite to better mines for titanium and coal. This also leaves open the ability to just chain in the graphite for additive reconstruction and start with Polys really quickly. Now you've got early air units who will defend, repair and help you build/rebuild. Also bearing in mind you have more space to do this as you've reclaimed the copper/lead mines
Mobs will also path around your turret ranges, so if you dont use walls to funnel them then they will trail the edge of the tower range as they go by. They seem to pick tje FASTEST route, and not the shortest. So if they have 2 paths and one is closer but covered in water that will slow them down, they will take the path that looks longer but is not covered in water as they reach their destination faster. You can use this to block sides you dont want them to path down with thick walls as they also seem to calculate how long it would take to get through a certain amount of wall sections
Fun experience, after doing area 41, and doing the 20 waves, it said vulnerable and I was like what? I ended up making an entire factory then the attack started and I was like oh shoot because all I had was factory XD
the only thing i hate in mindustry is reconstructing or building something, as it took ages meanwhile the wave is 4mins or less and they do stack means yeah there's no time to breath.
The game keeps changing do much v7 totally reworks major features of the game. It's a solid game with a great community so lots of fun to be a part of it.
@@mossjohnson I spent a lot of time looking for this mod, but I don't think it's a mod anyone can just download and play solo or co-op with a buddy in a private game. At least not on Steam Workshop. If I'm wrong, please point me to the right place! Seems like it's a server plugin and the only way you can play is by joining a server that's running it.
Great but while your description is basic, you apparently have the entire tech tree done, so I can't learn anything from that. After 5 hours of play I have ONLY the most basic extractor...can't figure out how to get water for example. Can't get Titanium, which you just assume I can. I need an even more basic description...I'm missing something...probably in the tech tree....but I can't figure out what I am missing..
@@mohammedaykut8284 beat the crater map, i forgot but in campaign, you have to beat/capture specific sectors for "blueprints" to build a building such as pneumatic drills. In multiplayer, all buildings have already been researched.
If you hold control while upgrading conveyor belts, it will snap to the existing belt and follow turns.
i'd recommend putting overflow conveyers on the copper ammo lines to supply your core when the turrets aren't using ammo

Dude I’m sorry but I need something like… a simple guide for New New players. I literally just started playing 1 hour ago and I’m already confused…
Now you've been playing for 11 months.

Super helpful, thank you! Any chance to get a updated version from ya now that v7 has dropped?
Tips: pause to have more time making constructs, and always keep check on your resources
Wow I didn't know about the unloaders... Thanks
Just picked this up on Android. Is there any way to build quickly on mobile? It feels way clunkier than PC

How do you bridge over terrain to get the recourse to the core like in forest zero
Bridge conveyors. Check the belts tab.
Just recently installed this on my phone, quite difficult to control honestly

you mentioned you were playing the mod sectorized can you tell me where to get that mod
It's a gamemode for servers. You can play it on the multiplayer tab of the game. I have a hosted version on the atanner gaming server network.
Hi , you can give us all your schematics please?
When server?
Just waiting for Anuke to have a chance to review it. Hopefully in the next day or so.
'Uh' every 5 seconds
Atanner verified
How to spawn units
Using the units section, the 8th category. There are air, ground and naval units. There are Tier 1 to Tier 5 units. Tier 5 is the strongest.
Why did your servers shut down?
Hosting costs primarily it cost a bit for the bare metal server back in the day.
