I like this place cuz it's close to C-5 which means quick access to Paranaque and Alabang, I still have a lot of friends and family there...but of course I could just find a condo in Paranaque and Alabang LOL
If you ask me would I buy a high rise property or any condo...I don't think so WHY?! EARTHQUAKE! FIRE!.... I think it's best to live out of the city & design your house personally away from the city, away from pollution, away from government Coup just a suggestion...
Cost of living here in Metro Manila isn't as high for expats, though for the average Filipino it would still be tough because of the average salary. That is why now I am looking for ways to go beyond the average salary, since one thing about that is on retirement things really don't look that good for the average Filipino, unless you already have much savings.
You should also see if there are rentals in the buildings.
There are. I liked the rentals in Olympic heights personally. Classy, decently priced, and centrally located.
@@AnthonySmith -At Olympic heights, do they accept monthly contract? I'm need at least 2 BR. Thanks Anthony
i laughed hard when you said c5 big parking lot haha.
I thought you were exaggerating... Rahul looks a hell of a lot like Wil! lol
I know, right?
two adjacent studios would cost only 6 million pesos but the two bedroom costs 11 million. Something doesn't sound quite right.
Because it is a loft-type!
Have you observed it is a loft-type condo...
@@mariaf4104 What loft-style you are talking about?
Megaworld Le Grand 3 has a loftstyle..they had a promo before and someone said it was only 7 million...
ggg 111 that’s right! Who do you think gonna buy that for 12M?
65k for a studio which is the size of two bathrooms . Doesn't seem good. One the 21st floor one might get motion sickness lol
I like the condo in the other building better (the Wolf of Wall Street pad). But of course, at 4x the price.
Do condos have an association fee that is paid monthly for upkeep and other common services. Maybe called a homeowners association fee?
Yes,u pay condo dues for about 3.2K a month. We bought a unit on the 27th floor and my daughter lives in that unit.
How much is monthly if i want to rent for 2 months
Does the studio have a kitchen?
Thats a rubbish layout with the ridiculous amount! Its better to buy a house with a land and you end up without mortgage at all
better rent house outside the big cities its much cheaper and food in the market is fresh better live also there

I really like Parenaque. it's nice and open, but still not a small town. it's very much like the area I now live in in the states :)

Would love to see housing options and pricing around the Philippines.
I'd love to showcase more but I'd have to rely on other people to gather the footage as I'm back in the states for a while :)
I could show you the properties in the Philippines that could fit your budget.

High rise structures are safer than low rise buildings
